'We loved just about everything about this property. We were a 7 minute drive from Emerald Isle Beach and our host had told us about free parking, we had bikes and kayaks available and lots of space close by to use them, a nice back yard with yard games etc to use. The kitchen was ready to use and even though we had 5 kids and 2 adults staying and the space could have felt tight, there was outdoor dining space and the bunk beds accommodated all of our kids and were so comfortable. '1st, the water to the toilet as turned off. I thought this was strange. I understood why when early the next morning I discovered the floor around the toilet was wet! Also, I tried to lower the living room blinds and discovered several of the lats are broken. So there is no privacy!'

'We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. The bedroom does not have a dresser; hanging clothes can go in the closet but there's no place for folding clothes. We lived out of our suitcases all week. The front blinds...

'We enjoyed our stay! The waterfront location was beautiful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better view. The owner was also super nice and responsive. We had a wonderful time.'
