Geniet van alles dat Cape Charles te bieden heeft, 3 blokken naar het strand of 3 blokken naar Mason Street. Dit huis is een recent nieuwbouwhuis dat alle voorzieningen en comfort van een modern huis heeft. Kijkt uit op het Central Park, zodat u kunt ontspannen en genieten van de zomerconcerten in het Central Park, direct vanaf de veranda op de eerste verdieping of vanaf de veranda op de tweede verdieping. Open plattegrond met een master suite op de eerste verdieping en een tweede master suite op de 2e verdieping. De derde slaapkamer is groot genoeg voor 4 volwassenen of kinderen. Extra open ruimte op de 2e verdieping met een uittrekbare bank. Geniet van het afgeschermde achterdek met uitzicht op het achterste gazon. Achtertuin is groot genoeg voor een bijeenkomst. My daughter and granddaughter stayed here for a long Mother's Day weekend. The house is wonderful, including the location across from the beautiful park and walkable to the main business area. Everything was clearly spelled out in advance emails, so we didn't need to communicate with the owners. The golf cart was also top notch and a pleasure to use. Would definitely stay her again!

We visited Cape Charles from Cape May, NJ for a family event and couldn’t be happier with Anchors By The Park! The home is absolutely beautiful and the amenities were everything we needed. Accessing the home was effortless and the owners were wonderful to work with. We even had an opportunity to meet and chat with the nice neighbors next door. The view overlooking the park was amazing and the location to the playground just steps away from the house was so convenient … even the adults had fun on the playground! Be sure to rent one of the golf carts and ride through town, you won’t be disappointed! We wish we could’ve stayed longer but we will definitely be back!

We stayed for a weekend in early spring. The house is located 4 blocks for all the shopping in Cape Charles. More importantly for our kids, the house was adjacent to the park where they could run over and play. The house is clean and new. We also rented the golf carts for the weekend which the kids enjoyed.

This was a perfect location and great house. Needs more attention to supplies like toilet paper, additional towels, and trash bags. Those are minor and would stay again!

Great house with open floor plan, great location on the Central Park in town (playground, bike path, Saturday concert). Easy communication with the owners who were very responsive. Nice golf cart including back up camera and windshield wiper:) my kids loved the video game upstairs.

Our large family had a wonderful stay! We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids (20 mo to 11) and we all fit very comfortably! The house has a great layout, we were all able to spread out and relax. The owners have maintained the Cape Charles feel, but in a more modern layout. The kids adored the bunk room and had a ball playing the arcade game. The kitchen was very well equipped and having a pantry space was a great bonus! Having an extra bathroom downstairs and a laundry room were really beneficial! The downstairs master suite was really nice and had a large walk in closet that worked perfectly for our 20 mo old in a pack n play. The porches were so nice for hanging out, especially when we didn’t have the best weather. The location is top tier - right by the park and so close to the beach. We added on the golf cart - highly recommend! It was much nicer than the standard ones we’ve used in the past. it was so convenient to have the garage to park the cart and store the beach gear. The owners were exceptional to work with - always available and very communicative and helpful. A few minor recommendations would be ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms (or portable fans) and a digital keypad for easier entry through the back door. We LOVED this house and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This was our first time staying at this beautiful home and we’ve already reserved again for next year! I love the layout—the two primary bedroom suites made it comfortable for all of us, including my elderly parents, who used the first floor bedroom. My kids loved the bunk beds and the arcade game. It’s well equipped with all the basics you need, including the optional golf cart rental. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helpful. Can’t wait to return next year!

The location of this house was perfect. On the park with lots of cool breezes from the porches and a short walk or cart ride to the main street or beach. We were able to let our 7 year old take herself to the playground or go for a bike ride with friends. The house was modern with a very large washer / dryer and comfy pillow toppers on the beds. The closets were massive and also air conditioned, which served as the perfect spot for a 2 year old to sleep in a pack n' play without being disturbed. We added on the six seater golf cart and it was so great - fastest and most modern golf cart we've driven in Cape Charles.

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends for the weekend and it was the perfect house for us all. We’ve stayed at several properties in Cape Charles over the years but this was our favorite. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It’s located right on the park which was really nice, and would be great to stay with little kids (thinking of booking with my family in the future!). Communication with the owners was timely and helpful. The check-in and out process was easy, as was the rental of the golf cart! Thank you for a great stay!
