Dit waterkant huis is gelegen aan de rivier de Caloosahatchee in prestigieuze gebied Gold Coast Cape Coral's. Het beschikt over 4 slaapkamers met elk kabel-tv en heeft 3 volle baden. ****

Zitten in de Hotspring spa of een duik nemen in het extra grote verwarmde zwembad. Voor entertainment, dit huis heeft het allemaal. Een biljartkamer, fitnessruimte, BBQ en natte bar op het zwembad Lanai, grote tv-scherm, het hele huis muziek systeem, en nog veel meer.

Een 20'10 'Hurricane dek boot 2014 is ook beschikbaar, cruise naar Sanibel en Captiva Islands of kijken naar de dolfijnen en zeekoeien op de rivier Caloosahatchee. Als je een golfer, kunt u een van de meer dan 50 golfbanen te spelen in onze regio. Restaurants en winkels zijn slechts enkele minuten. De stranden liggen op slechts 20 minuten met de auto / boot.

Zoals voor een heerlijk diner we hebben meer dan 1500 restaurants in de omgeving. Voor de kinderen is er Sun Splash waterpark, kartbaan, mini-golf, paardrijden op de rand van de Everglades en nog veel meer. Bush Gardens (mijn favoriete pretpark) ligt op slechts 2 uur met de auto in Tampa en Orlando is 3 tot 4 uur met de auto.

Als u een groter gezelschap bent, is er een mogelijkheid om 4 vakantiehuizen op een rij te huren.

Uw boot wordt op een lift bij uw aanlegplaats en bij uw aankomst bewaard.
Hurricane Deck Boat 20'10 'Sundeck, Yamaha buitenboordmotor motorboot. Zeer brandstof efficiënt en van hoge kwaliteit met diepte / fishfinder, GPS / Navigatie, Radio, Biminitop, alle veiligheidsvoorzieningen en nog veel meer. Huur: $ 1000 per week plus 6% belasting. Borgsom: 1000 $. Boot briefing, Slepen verzekeringen en gedetailleerde uitleg door onze licentie kapitein nodig is voor een redelijke vergoeding. Hij neemt je mee op een korte tour (1-2 uur) om u te laten zien alle benodigde instructie als veiligheidsvoorzieningen, jachthavens, ondiep water gebieden en het kanaal / river markers.

Stunning Caloosahatchee river views, great pool & hot tub

I had an excellent experience at Bella Casa International. The property was perfect for our relaxing group getaway. The spacious accommodations, beautiful views, and tranquil atmosphere made for a memorable stay. Fishing right off the seawall was a bonus. The property was well-maintained and was very comfortable, with plenty of seating and space for everyone in our group. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting. The enclosed pool and hot tub were a great addition, and we enjoyed spending time there. The Caloosahatchee river views from the property were stunning, the location was close to shopping. The sunken pool room and weight room were a bit challenging to identify that there was a drop (floor level change) into the sunken rooms. Needs to have a high contrast lip, not something that matches the rest of the floor. The pool room has some LED’s around the step, however it's not visible if not on. We had someone fall off the hallway into the weight room when carrying groceries. No serious injuries other than a bloody nose. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Bella Casa International and would highly recommend it to others.

baseball tourney/family week

we were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay on water which is why this home was chosen. The beautiful sunrises were out of this world! The home has excellent views and was so peaceful inside and outside.

The Perfect Family Venue

Our two-week stay at Riverhouse King was exceptional. Scheduling was stress-free and all questions were answered quickly. The entire home was extremely clean along with the furniture & tables around the screened-in pool. We congregated around the pool and on the one day of inclement weather, we gathered around the pool table. Cooking in the spacious kitchen afforded ample cooking utensils, pots/pans along with serving dishes, silverware, water/wine glasses and cups. Without hesitation, I highly recommend. Special thanks to Claudia at Bella International, Inc. for making our memorable stay so enjoyable.

The house was very clean and a great view, being directly on the river. There were plenty of linens, dishes etc. The outdoor space was great with a pool and a hot tub. There were many restaurants and grocery stores within a very short drive. We would stay again.

Better than expected!

The house was recently remodeled after hurricane Ian, which made it better than expected! The kitchen, living room, pool area, and pool table room all have had upgrades. Super clean and fresh! Completely new kitchen, great for cooking. The living room doors and pool table room doors open completely to the pool area making it possible to be a part of everything from the pool area. We saw manatees and dolphins right out front on the river. Very spacious rooms, and comfortable living. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Wunderschöne unterhaltsame Aussichtt

In die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus aber immer noch grosszügig, einladend mit wunderschöner Lage und Aussicht. Genossen haben wir vor allem den Pool, das Jacuzzi und die Aussicht. Die grosszügigen Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Wir sind jetzt in einer Ferienwohnung weiter nördlich am Strand. Dort haben wir es nicht so gut getroffen und sehnen uns zurück 😉. Great Family Vacy House!

The house was perfect for our needs, we were looking for a good size house with plenty of rooms to allow the kids to have some areas of their own. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect and well utilized. The views from the back patio and pool were amazing and we did see a pod of dolphins swimming up the channel! We would definitely stay at the house again!

Sisters vacation

My sisters and I runaway every year to spend a week relaxing. We were pleased to have the entire house to ourselves. The view was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The outdoor living space was great. The bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had good cookware and spices to use for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Nearby were grocery and other shops. The property manager was very responsive. Although the house was older (being updated soon), we were comfortable. We experienced some of the same issues with hot water in the bathrooms as others have mentioned but the privacy of this large home was more important to us. We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral.

First Christmas Away

The property had everything as advertised. The view each morning was spectacular. The layout of the house provided plenty of breathing room for everyone. We took advantage of the boat dock and rented a boat. That added a completely new dimension to our vacation. Responsiveness throughout booking and stay was exceptional. We will be back!

Holiday relaxation!

This property was great! We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, pool table) along with the river side view (even had a dolphin come right up to our dock once). Property was in great shape. Beds were comfortable. Great communication with property manager. Neighborhood is great for walking around, ease of access to groceries and beaches. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great stay!

Nice, but not for Privacy.

The pictures are deceiving. The house and pool are great, but there is no privacy on the right side of the yard. The next door neighbors pool looks down over this pool and hot tub. You can also see into the living room of the house, since there are all windows and no blinds or curtains anywhere in the living room. If you dont care about privacy, this house is great. Though it does need some upkeep and still no shingles on the roof.

Maintenance Needed

The view from this home is outstanding, in fact, it was the entire reason we reserved this house. With that being said, our entire group of 8 adults felt like this home is in need of maintenance. Our communication with Claudia was wonderful, she always answered promptly and was very helpful. Check in time is 4:00, we had our groceries scheduled to be delivered at 4:00. We received a text that groceries were delivered at 3:00. We drove to the house to ensure they weren't sitting outside. There were no groceries outside, so I looked inside and saw our groceries in the foyer. The cleaning staff opened the door and we apologized for the mix up, asking if we could put the cold items in the refrigerator; she told us they would be fine in the foyer for an hour. When we returned, some of our groceries were melted, but we salvaged what we could. We understood the 4:00 check in, so we didn't cause a fuss over the mishap. Each couple started to settle in the rooms, and the couple in the guest room on the ground level noticed the glass window French doors did not have curtains on them, this was a bit of a privacy concern. They found sheets in the closet to drape over the doors, but the sheets in the closet were all wet. We then discovered most of the sheets hanging in each closet were wet. Again, we didn't plan on using those sheets, so we didn't fuss over it. It looked as if the owners are getting ready to put a new roof on the property, as there were no shingles or roof material on the house. We saw several spots on the roof where there was obvious water damage to the home. We then discovered a pretty significant leak in the ceiling of the workout room. It had obviously been there for quite some time, as the ceiling was molded all around the leak. We placed a trash can under the leak to catch the water, and alerted the cleaning crew, who happened to be at the home next door. They told us that we needed to contact the property owner. With as long as the leak has obviously been there, shouldn't they have already made the property owner aware? Our next issue was hot water. None of the showers had HOT water, only lukewarm. The sinks and the bathtubs all had hot water. I texted Claudia and she asked us to let them run, as it takes time for the hot water to travel to each shower. That never worked, and we didn't want to waste vacation time dealing with a plumber. Lights throughout the house would randomly turn off and on, there are obvious electrical issues.

Perfect!

The location/house is absolutely stunning! There was a bit of confusion between the cleaning crew and management where the crew didn't have anyone scheduled to be check-in until the next day. But management handled it wonderfully and paid for our dinner. Overall it didn't hinder or ruin our trip at all!

I would have to agree with other reviews about the house being on the older side. Tons of cosmetic issues you can't see in pictures. Quirky lighting issues. Pool table is a little fast for a competitive game. However, waking up every morning to that view..... worth 10 stars. I still think about it. My Zillow searches reflect that. Well worth the price being charged.
