Droomvilla, 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 225 m² woonoppervlak, 6 personen, zwembad en bubbelbad met ZW-oriëntatie, 3 garages, Duitse tv, Bundesliga, WiFi.
Modern, ruim, fantastisch mooi - zo presenteert Villa Lake Memory in Cape Coral aan de westkust van Florida zich. Ingebed in een rustige, idyllische omgeving, nodigt het comfortabele wooncomplex met zwembad u uit om te blijven hangen en te ontspannen. De royale uitrusting varieert van led-tv's tot wifi tot de Super Grill en laat vrijwel niets te wensen over. Alle kamers zijn liefdevol tot in het kleinste detail ingericht en bieden voldoende ruimte voor 6 personen. De locatie aan het prachtige Lake Memory biedt u adembenemende zonsondergangen die u het gevoel van het Caribisch gebied, het strand en de zon geven, op dit moment weet u dat u in het paradijs bent aangekomen.
Het supergrote elektrisch verwarmde zwembad en spa op het zuidwesten biedt u de hele dag zon en een grote open ruimte om te ontspannen. U zult bedwelmd worden door de avondzon en soms een goed glas wijn die u ontspanning en onvergetelijke avonden zullen garanderen. Deze droomvilla is gebouwd op een 3 kavel, omheind en heeft ook een bootdek en biedt u een fantastisch uitzicht op het meer. De villa heeft twee fietsen en kajaks die wij onze gasten gratis ter beschikking stellen. In een paar minuten met de auto bent u in Cape Harbor, de jachthaven van de superrijke, livemuziek, geweldig entertainment, toprestaurants, een plek die u graag opnieuw en opnieuw zult bezoeken om alleen maar te worden verwend.
Als u waarde hecht aan een luxe ambiance, zult u zich zeer comfortabel voelen in de jachthaven. De luxe jachthaven en restaurants geven je het gevoel dat je een van de superrijken ter wereld bent.

Cape Coral & Fort Myers heeft ook veel meer te bieden, op minder dan 30 minuten rijden liggen Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel en Captiva Island, Lovers Key en vele andere attracties die u kunt bezoeken. Als u van golfen houdt, heeft u de perfecte plek gekozen, binnen een straal van 20 mijl zijn er meer dan 102 van de mooiste golfbanen in SW Florida.
Als u de fantastische natuur vanaf het water wilt ervaren, kunnen we de boottochten aanbevelen die beginnen vanaf het eiland Sanibel. Je wordt vergezeld door dolfijnen en wordt verliefd op de eindeloze stranden met kristalhelder water van Captiva & Sanibel Island en Boca Grande.

We rented for the month of Feb. and had a great time. The weather was awesome the house we stayed in was as advertised and our host was their to greet us and give us a thorough explanation of the pool functions and all house operations. We found the house to extremely clean and full of the amenities needed for our month in sunny Florida. The kayaks came in very handy as we fished and paddled on Memory lake almost everyday. We will be back!

Exceptional Villa

Beautiful vacation home. Property manager, Waldemar, is very friendly, helpful, and thorough showing all the features of the home. Need only to bring yourselves, as every possible amenity is provided, including all utensils, bicycles, fishing gear, kayaks, etc. Especially enjoyed the immaculate, heated pool and spa.

Relaxing, clean and beautiful house

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed every single day. The house is close to many convenient stores and Sanibel island .The house was super clean , well maintained and beautiful. Our 6 years old daughter learned how to swim in the pool using the kids life jacket. The house is fully stocked with towels, pool toys and beach supplies. The sun set is magnificent and the neighborhood very quiet. Mr Waldemar is a very pleasant person. He welcomed us at the property and he was very communicative and made the check in and check out very easy. We rented many houses in Cape Coral over the years this one was in my top list. We will definitely be back again!!

Perfect Stay

This is a great property! Family friendly, beautiful pool, and sits right on a lake. We kayaked, fished, and enjoyed the pool. Great location, close to Lee County Beaches. I would 100% stay at this property again!

A perfect vacation rental

We were extremely happy with our rental experience for this property. For starters, the property rental manager Waldemar was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communications were clear, timely and efficient. We found the house/living space to be exactly as described in the listing. We found the house to be in spotless condition and none of the furnishings were damaged or felt dated. I also appreciated that there were plenty of household basics supplied with this rental. My family would recommend this rental and we would be happy to work with Waldemar the next time we vacation in Florida.

Awesome Relaxing Stay

What a lovely property. Our family of five really enjoyed this spacious and inviting home. The lake views were awesome in the evenings and my husband really enjoyed the kayaking. Wonderful Getaway

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home. We stayed for 2 weeks and we did not want to leave. It has all the comforts of home and more. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the family. The sunsets are breathtaking. They also have many extras for you to use: 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, fishing rods, beach chairs and umbrella, pool floats. Fantastic!!! The house is in a great location. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to some beautiful beaches - 30 minutes to Sanibel beaches, Ft. Myers beach. Bonita Springs beach was a bit further but still worth the drive! Took a great dolphin jet ski tour as well which we all enjoyed. Went for a drive to check out the Naples area. So much to do in the area! Many great restaurants nearby and close to grocery stores. Waldemar was a wonderful host! He met us at check in to give us the keys, show us around (how to heat the pool/hot tub) etc. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!! We were sad to leave. It was just paradise!!!

Our family absolutely loved this house. The setup of the house was perfect for our family of 4. We use VRBO a lot, and this is by far the best house we've stayed at; fully furnished with everything we needed, down to the smallest detail. Our family of 6 had a great time here. we’ve rented several houses in different areas of Florida before, this makes the top of the list. We went to Pine Island, Sanibel Island and saw dolphins. Mostly just enjoyed our time at the house together, swimming, grilling and playing games which the house has a great supply of. The house has plenty of beach chairs, pool toys, two bikes and two kayaks. Waldenar was wonderful to work with!!! Very clean house!!! Loved our stay!!!

Clean house, great property manager

We recently rented this house for 3 weeks in January, and it did not disappoint. The house was clean, spacious, and had literally everything we needed. It's close to grocery shopping, bike paths, and a 5 min drive to the Marina. I was very impressed with Waldemar's customer service, he met us at the house for check-in to go over everything. We had to call him with a question about the pool and he immediately answered, and even came over to check things out. This was a great house, and a great experience for my entire family.

Wonderful escape

It is a wonderful place for everyone who wants to escape the bustle of the city and spend some quality time with the family.The sunset is spectacular from the pool, the heating of the spa and the pool work perfectly maintaining a pleasant temperature despite the windy weather.We also enjoyed the kayak and bicycles that the house had, the house has everything you need and works perfect . Mr Gerlich was very kind and took his time to help us in everything we need. it is a place that I definitely recommend.
