Prachtige 3/3 zwembad Home op Canal w / directe toegang tot de Golf. Je zult van het paradijs houden !!

  • Dit is een Onbevlekt op het zuiden gelegen 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers Home. Iedereen krijgt zijn eigen badkamer. Dit prachtige huis heeft het allemaal voor de vakantieverhuurder. Het is prachtig professioneel aangelegd en ligt aan een kanaal met slechts twee bochten op het water om de toegang tot de golf te leiden. Volledig afgesloten Lanai met verwarmd zwembad met zout water. Gemakkelijk op de badpakken, huid en ogen !!. Voldoende dockruimte om uw eigen boot mee te nemen of er een te huren voor een dag of de week. Ze brengen het recht naar uw dock. Niet rijden naar uw eigen boot. We hebben zacht, zoet water wegspoelen en stroom direct aan het dok. Lani gebied heeft ook een roestvrijstalen BBQ met verlichte luifel voor uw gebruik. Toon de familie je killvaardigheden terwijl ze in het zwembad spatten.
    De open plattegrond biedt dit huis zonder stappen, een grote keuken met alle granieten aanrecht en roestvrijstalen apparaten.
    We zijn in het proces van volledig opnieuw ingericht met alle nieuwe beddengoed, meubels en decor. (sommige van de foto's die u ziet, worden geüpgraded wanneer we klaar zijn.) Drie slaapkamers met drie prachtige badkamers met elk een groot bad. Master badkamer is erg groot met zijn en haar ijdelheden en inloopkasten samen met grote inloopdouche met zonnebloem douchekop. Master heeft ook een bubbelbad om pijnlijke spieren te ontspannen. Wasmachine en droger ook gratis verstrekt.

    Dockgedeelte heeft een grote ontspannende zitruimte rond een vuurplaats. Geweldige manier om de dagzon door te brengen met zonnebaden aan het water of de dag af te sluiten en gewoon te ontspannen en de zonsondergang te bekijken vanuit uw eigen havengebied. Je kunt af en toe een dolfijn of zeekoe zien vanaf het dok, dus niet te zien !!
    Home ligt op een perfecte locatie om alles te doen in Cape Coral of Fort Myers. Gelegen in Zuid-Kaap met supergemakkelijke toegang tot de Midway-brug. Zeer rustige en veilige buurt. Perfect voor avondwandelingen.
    Zoveel te bereiken vanuit dit centraal gelegen huis. Verken Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Matlacha, Fort Myers Beach en Napels. Bezoek het nummer 1 beoordeelde strand in de VS Siesta Key ongeveer 75 mijl verderop.

We have been to Cape Coral many times for vacation and this by far was the best and most enjoyable stay. RANDY is an OUTSTANDING AND ACCOMMODATING HOST. Always available and quick to respond. Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time! We spent 1 week for our yearly family vacation. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool and dock area were wonderful it was nice to hang out in the pool during the day and at night go walk and sit out on the dock very quite and relaxing just what we needed. We had a great time and look forward to staying again in the future!

Clean, Cozy, and Perfect for Our Cape Coral Getaway!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this Cape Coral rental! The house was immaculate, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool was very refreshing. The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. Our dog loved the spacious layout and the fenced-in yard, which gave her plenty of room to run around. Randy, the owner, was communicative and attentive, ensuring we settled in smoothly and offering to answer any questions. Definitely one of the best rentals we've stayed at, especially in the Cape Coral. Highly recommend! Thanks again Randy!

Excellent property! Deserves a 10! Been visiting Cape Coral for over 5 years & this is the best one! We lived on the lanai & in the beautiful 85+ degree pool. We will definitely be coming back here. Property owner bent over backwards for us. This is a jewel!

Perfect vacation!

Cannot think of anything that could be improved on. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We didn't have the occasion to use the grill, but everything needed for snacks and drinks were readily available. Highly recommend The Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill for a wonderful sunset dinner! Beds were comfortable, hot tub luxurious, pool clean and refreshing. Would definitely consider this our #1 choice for our next getaway!

Property was very clean and well stocked, and updated. Pool heater worked great and hot tub was excellent. Owner was very proactive and checked in on us and answered any questions quickly. Great house layout and if you needed an office desk etc. WIFI worked great and plenty of TV's. Only thing was the gas fire pit by the dock wasn't working which owner explained that its been a challenge since hurricane to get a maintenance man to fix. Secure neighborhood for walking and close to everything you need for shopping. Highly recommend this house for a getaway vacation.

Cape Coral Stay

The host was amazing, very quick to respond to to all needs. Despite the fact that the area was hit with a major hurricane (Ian) the property was pristine, any issue was resolved quickly and methodically. Great community, great area in the middle of Fort Myers, Naples and Punta Gorda. I recommend this house. We also boated the area and the house has fantastic docking facilities. Thanks to Randy for renting such an amazing house and being fantastic hosts!!

Beautiful family friendly home.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. Also loved that we could bring our furry family member. The house has a doggie door from the lanai to a perfect fenced in and safe relief area. We even used the captain and boat that is on property. It’s nice just being a guest and having a great time while boating. The hot tub is a bonus with chilly mornings and nights. Outside TV was used every evening. We absolutely appreciated the higher end amenities that were offered for our use in the kitchen and throughout the home. Thank you Randy and spouse for sharing your home.

Everything you need!

This property was great! It was exactly as described in words and pictures. It was very clean. We used the grill and had all the necessary tools and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home. Beds were very comfortable and we rested well every night. It is close enough to get to shopping areas in minutes. The owner gave us a list of great places to eat and the ones we tried were excellent. The pool and spa topped our days off. We had two small yorkies, so the fenced in area was a great place for them to potty. I just can’t say enough good things about this house. You won’t be sorry if you decide to rent it.

Awesome Property

Randy and Mary’s Cape Coral home is even better than the description! We have rented a number of vacation properties in Arizona and Florida over the past few years, and this Cape Coral home is, by far, our favourite rental! The entire home is lovely, but our favourite part of the house is the lanai area equipped with an outdoor TV, saltwater swimming pool, and relaxing hot tub. In addition, the home is located in a great neighbourhood, which is close to two shopping centres as well as the Midpoint Bridge. Randy and Mary were wonderful hosts - readily available to answer questions - and their attentiveness to their renters is top-notch. We are counting down the days until we can return to this awesome property!

Of you are looking for an Amazing Cape Coral stay, this is it!!

Traveling as a family with a teen, tween, and two pups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication from the host was amazing before, throughout, and after our stay was great! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and purposely equipped for anything you may need during your stay. The kitchen was fantastic and anticipated our needs. The split floor plan allowed all of us a bit of privacy and suited our needs. We loved the grounds, pool, and lanai. The pool is fantastic, clean and helped create a ton of fun memories. We were sad to leave. We left to go to another rental home in another city for the remainder of our trip and we all commented how we wish we hadn't left this exceptional home. The beds are incredibly comfy and all of the TV's and lighting was awesome! This is a very pet-friendly property and I think our pups enjoyed it as much as we did. It is centrally located and easy to find. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. We hope to come back and enjoy this amazing property!

Amazing House!

We had a great time at this beautiful house. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Master bathroom is huge!! Lots of closet space and drawers to put all your stuff. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and even containers for leftovers! in addition to plenty of space to store food. Pool area is great and screen keeps bugs away. We were able to bring our kayaks and small fishing boat to navigate through the canals and the river and it was very easy to dock the boat and put kayaks in the water from the deck. There is a smart TV in each room great to enjoy at the end of the day. The neighborhood was great for morning or night walks and there is a playground and public boat ramp less than a mile away. A big plus, Randy was alway immediately available to answer any questions! If traveling with kids this place is great, my kids loved it and there is a water park 15 minutes away. Hope we can come back soon!

Restful Vacation Spot!

We spent two enjoyable weeks at this property with extended family. It is a lovely house with updates in every room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor setting more than expected! We loved the pool area and utilized the outdoor table which accommodated our group of 5 comfortably. Thank you, Randy and Mary, for being so responsive to the questions we had!👍

Thumbs Up for Sandy Feet Retreat

5 stars all the way! Randy and Mary were very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location of the property is excellent for biking, shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Access if you are intereseted in getting on the water. We spent the a lot of our time out on the lanai, which is very nicely set up. We highly recommend Sandy Feet Retreat and would stay here again in a heart beat!

Sandy Feet '22

We loved our stay! It is a beautifully decorated home with all of the comforts of your own home. We brought our English Cream Retriever this us and the yard and neighborhood were perfect for him. The neighborhood is super dog-friendly as many people have dogs and are very friendly. We were invited over to play at several of the neighbors as dogs love to play! We are boaters and the dock is large and easy to access. The owners are very responsive. The home is meticulously kept up as is the yard and pool. This is by far our favorite Florida vacation home so far. We'd be back next year but it was already booked!

Nice well-kept property

Stayed in the home for a little over a month. The place was just as it was in the listing, very clean, really nice landscaping, nice pool area, and well stocked kitchen. I really appreciated the little fenced yard for our dog, and the lounge area by the canal was great for sunny afternoons. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly.

Great family vacation spot

Home was clean and had everything you might need. The pool was a hit and was set to the perfect temp. The TV and table by the pool was fantastic and got a lot of use.

Family Vacation

VERY EASY for older family members, easy to walk into the shower and into the home. I have a parent who has had multiple hip replacements and has ambulation issues so this house was perfect. I also appreciate that all the lights are clearly labeled as to which one is which. Everything you need in this home is provided. We enjoyed the local restaurants, visited Fort Myers and Sanibel beach, and enjoyed the pool at the home. Owner was easy to get a hold of.
