• No pets permitted

• No smoking anywhere on the property

• No parties or large events; no overnight guests over the maximum capacity

• Minimum rental age is 25

• Exterior security cameras are installed for security and insurance purposes

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the City of Cape Coral, from 10pm-8am

• Pool heater does not operate May–October and temperatures vary with weather conditions

• The purchase of propane for the grill, if needed, is the responsibility of the guest

• The canal behind the home is a freshwater canal and doesn’t have dock or water usage access
