The luxurious and spacious (3545 sq ft) villa at the Penelope Canal in the desirable southwest Cape Coral with access to the Gulf of Mexico and southern exposure will bring your Florida life style experience to a new level. 2 Kayaks are also available to explore the variety of the Canals in Florida!

When entering the foyer, you will discover directly the spacious living area and the high end ceramic tiles throughout the whole villa. The luxurious living room has a 85 inch TV, modern lighting, white sofas and a dining area for 6 people. In the upgraded kitchen with Quartz countertops and top-quality appliances, you find all what you need for a perfect cooking experience. Bar chairs at the kitchen counter let you be close to the ‘cook’ or enjoy a lovely breakfast.

A further eye-catcher of the living room is the lanai-wide sliding glass door panels which open up over its entire length. Through those doors you enter the wide Lanai with on the one side a cozy lounge corner with a fire place, dimmable light and a 75 inch TV and on the other side a dining area for 6 people with an outdoor kitchen with gas grill to enjoy the beautiful Florida evenings with family and friends.

From the Lanai you overlook the heated, oversized pool with Jacuzzi and sun ledge, all of them equipped with color LED lighting (1090 sq ft pool deck with 430 sq ft pool / spa / sun ledge). The Jacuzzi is south oriented and positioned to be close to the dining and lounge area. There is a separate straight area in the pool for the more sporty swimmers and around the pool you will find an oversized, spacious area with loungers.

You can use the dock with 10.000lb lift for your rental boat (we recommend to explore the beautiful islands and beaches and discover the magnificent fauna and flora) and captains walk which you can also use to enjoy in a relaxing chair the sunsets or sunrises and spot the fishes jumping out of the water

The villa has 3 bedrooms, all of them with king size beds and an own bathroom with shower, vanity and an own hair dryer. The master bedroom provides a bath tub and large walk-in shower. Two bedrooms (of which one the master bedroom) give you direct access to the pool-area. Every bedroom has its own TV. You will discover again the special lighting. On top there is a study in the living room with a sofa.

You will enjoy the high speed internet in the whole villa and a SONOS sound box in the living room and in the lanai to listen to your favorite music (we suggest to download the Sonos app on your mobile phone to listen to your own music on the Sonos boxes) while being in the Living area, kitchen, Lanai or pool. The 5 big smart 4K TV’s in the villa will bring you nearly a home-cinema experience and let you connect to your favorite streaming accounts such as Netflix, amazon prime, etc. The electronic lock on the entrance door makes your access easy by giving in a code on a touchpad

The laundry room with washing machine and dryer (both upgraded to front loaders) is located behind the 3-car garage which give enough space for your cars or boat trailer.

All windows and sliding doors have high impact glass. The well isolated villa and high efficient A/C system will provide you with a comfortable indoor climate at low energy costs.

The villa is perfectly located in a quiet street and with shopping and dining facilities only a few minutes away.
