Mooi 4br Waterfront Paradise

Dit open verbouwde huis is een droom van een schipper en visser, slechts enkele minuten van de rivier de Caloosahatchee. Dit mooie huis beschikt over 4 slaapkamers, 2. 5 badkamers, een formele woonkamer, een ruime keuken en een eethoek met een grote tafel voor 10 personen voor al uw familie maaltijden. Slaapvertrekken bestaan uit 3 queensize bedden en 2 aparte bedden voor comfortabel slapen tot 8 personen. De gastvrije familiekamer, met een 82 "tv en pocket schuifregelaars naar het zwembad en Lanai gebied, is een perfecte plek voor vrienden en familie om te ontspannen. De prive slaapkamer heeft een grote inloopkast, een mooie betegelde douche en een bubbelbad om te ontspannen! Onze onlangs afgewerkte gescreende Lanai biedt een groot zwembad en rustig uitzicht op de gracht. U hebt toegang tot de aanlegsteiger met lift die een boot van maximaal 6000 lb kan ondersteunen om uw boot recht in de achtertuin te parkeren, indien gewenst. De boothelling ligt op minder dan een kilometer afstand !! Dit is een zeilboot toegankelijk huis met zuidelijke blootstelling! We bieden wat licht vistuig voor uw wateravonturen en plezier buiten onze steiger. Slechts enkele minuten van het Cape Coral Yacht Club-strand en restaurants aan het water, het is centraal gelegen ten opzichte van vele andere restaurants, winkels en entertainment. Gewoon een korte tocht over de brug en je kunt het historische Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach en de Edison Estates bezoeken! Kom en geniet van ons tropisch paradijs dat speciaal voor jou is voorbereid.

Great property with nice pool and Canal. Had everything we needed plus bikes, kayak, and canoe. We really enjoyed our stay in this nice 4 bedroom, spacious home. Communication was great.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay! House was spacious and well set up for a family or several couples as the sleeping areas were separated. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable, it was also great to have the bikes available. We did rent the pontoon boat for a day and enjoyed the ride out to the river. We did not use the pool due to cool weather but enjoyed sitting out by the canal/pool area in the evening. Host was great to work with as well.

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood . We struggled to find good nonchain restaurants until the last day of our trip. They are there so take a good look around. It would have been nice to have had a local guide of some sort at the house.

I had originally booked a hotel for our Florida vacation, but at the last minute decided to check VRBO. I was delighted to find this property with a pool available. The house was located in great neighborhood and was very clean. Christian was responsive and was wonderful to work with. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Cape Coral.

We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. The layout of the house and the amenities were great. We weren’t able to enjoy all that the house has to offer because of the unfortunate weather during our stay, but we have already booked another stay for the summer. We were 2 families sharing the house (7 people total) and it worked out perfect. Thank you!

We had a great Christmas at the property. We enjoyed the extra space for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock (bait shop was a quick drive). Local area provided easy access to shopping for groceries and necessities. The pool was heated although Christmas in FL is typically cool, only my hearty Minnesota kids enjoyed the pool. Communication with Christian was excellent, the washing machine quit working during our stay despite it being Christmas Eve a new machine was installed. The Christmas tree was also a nice added touch to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend the property.

Christian was an excellent host with clear instructions on how to access the property and a few other questions we had during our stay. The house is comfortable, right on the water, it has fishing rods, a kayak and four bikes with helmets available for use. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood. Would rent this property again with no issues whatsoever.

This is a nice property. The house is well-maintained and very clean. I do recommend adding TVs to the bedrooms. This is the only improvement needed.

This home had everything plus some! Rooms were big, house was clean and optional boat rental was a bonus. Owner was fantastic to work with. Close proximity to gas, food and groceries. We would definately rent this home again.

Great location with access to many amazing beaches but in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Loved access to the canoe to check out the beautiful homes and boats on the canal. VERY clean house. Some beach toys available. Bikes were great as well. Would definitely go back.

Perfect house to stay with kids. Awesome layout, pool, and canal access. Plenty of room and good location. Within about 15 miles of great beaches, spring training baseball, and lots of other great activities.

Could not ask for anything else. Only thing that wasn't perfect was that the street name is very similar to another 15 minutes away, be sure to put the exact address in the GPS rather than letting the GPS program auto-filling. Water pressure was a little weak at times, maybe because 2 people were using the shower at the same time?

A beautiful house, with patio and pool, in a safe and quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from all the shops, restaurants and amenities Cape Coral offers. Open concept living-dining-kitchen, ideal for family gatherings and/or entertaining. Owner is terrific, attentive and helpful.

The property was great - very clean and well-equipped - and the owners did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, even arranging a Christmas tree and decorations / lights both inside and outside the property! Although not mentioned in the listing there were 4 brand new bikes and helmets for use at the property. We also made good use of the kayak, canoe and fishing gear there were included in the listing. The slight issue with the check-in process was purely that we had not been provided with the number of the property, so could not locate it on the road when we arrived, but Christian responded to our request for help immediately, and I should have asked for it in advance rather than assuming it would be shown on VRBO. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation if looking to stay in Cape Coral. Matt
