Close to everything…
This home is in a really nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very nicely stocked with everything you could need for a family vacation. The pool is really nice and clean.

Perfect Vaca House
Our family loved our time here! It was hot and sultry which made for perfect pool weather! Josh was super responsive to our questions and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our vaca. The pool was great and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The fully stocked and labeled kitchen was a gem! The location was perfect as we were within 10-15 minute drive to all things we needed. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

A very relaxing stay.
This house was a very comfortable house to stay in. Loved the back area with pool and eating area. Best of all the view of the lake was great. Would like to come back some day.

Extraordinarily clean! Love the view from lanai and pool! Very relaxing! Pool was extremely clean and heated! Excellent location in neighborhood and close to restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and other places to visit.

Christmas Week on the Lake
"Christmas Week at the Lake - Perfect for Relaxing and Having Fun!” Our Christmas week at this lakeside rental was amazing! The calm atmosphere was a break from our regular routine. The views from the property were stunning, making it a great place to unwind and feel refreshed. Being outside was the best part. We had lots of space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Whether we were sitting on the deck or just enjoying the sunshine. There were so many things to do! We went biking, kayaking, walking and we especially loved fishing and spent a lot of time doing it. We would definitely come back here again. We made so many great memories, and we're already thinking about our next visit to this perfect lakeside spot.

A house in which you immediately feel comfortable. You will find everything you need for cooking or relaxing. The swimming pool and covered terrace are perfect for enjoying the Florida heat. The area is quiet and is perfect for people who want to rest and enjoy the view of the lake, sunrises and sunsets. We would return without hesitation.

Great place to stay in Cape Coral
The location is perfect for driving to the islands. Grocery stores and restaurants are close with many choices available. Spent a lot of time in the pool and really enjoyed having the TV on the patio to enjoy during morning coffee. Neighborhood was nice and easy access to highways and the airport. We would rent again.

Very nice place
We really liked this rental property. Great patio and pool. In fact the only time we were inside was to sleep! Nicely appointed, very comfortable beds and best pillows ever. Good location. It was nice to have the lake as the “neighbor” behind the house. I would stay here again and have recommended to a friend for a stay next winter.

Perfect place for girls getaway
The property was just what we were looking for to catch up with friends. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck. Most of our time was spent in the pool and lounging around the lanai. Very quiet neighborhood. House was extremely clean and everything we needed was provided. Would recommended Fish Tales for some fabulous seafood.

Stayed 8 days with 6 people ages 6-68. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Comfortable and fun home In a very quiet neighborhood. Not a far drive to entertainment. It is on fresh water so you'll catch mostly bass and no salt water fish if that's what you're after. However, one could easily take the rods and tackle and find a place to fish on salt water from shore.

Wonderful Property
We had a great time at Pelican! The home was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. There are bikes, kayaks and paddle boards available and we had a lot of fun on the lake. The owners were very responsive to questions. I highly recommend this property.

Vacation Retreat
We were looking for a quiet vacation retreat. We got that. The house was as advertised. Very organized kitchen! All the drawers are clearly labeled ! We were concerned about what to expect as it was post Hurricane Ian and there were no reviews after that date. O need for concern the house was in good condition. Property owners were quick to respond. There are clear instructions throughout the home. The owners even bumped up the pool temp but it was a losing battle as we picked the coldest Dec in 40 years come to Fl. Normally its much warmer. My only suggestion is that the second bedroom carpet needs a quick steam clean. Still I give it a 5 star rating

Perfect location for local baseball parks
This is our first time renting a VRBO and it was perfect! We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location to the fields was perfect. The house was super clean and comfortable for our family of 3. Our son loved being able to kayak over to friends who were staying nearby. If we are ever back in the Ft Meyers area we will definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation
The length of our entire stay was a very relaxing and overall enjoyable experience. The instruction manual left for us came in helpful and we were content with the spacious privacy of the area. We arrived to nicely prepped and clean environment which left us satisfied from its comfort. It truly felt calming and an at-home-feel to it as the place had everything you would possibly need. The lawn and pool had been regularly cleaned and kept in wonderful condition.

John, Thank you for staying at our property and the review. We have had this property for a long time and have never seen an alligator. As it is Florida and it is possible, being on a paddle board or a kayak makes it plenty safe for your enjoyment. Just like sharks in the ocean.

Wonderful home with so many extra amenities to stay busy. Our boys paddle boarded, kayaked and fished when they were not in the pool. It was so nice not having to spend $ on disposable items. Absolutely great rental for families!

Best Vacation Ever!
The entire process from start to finish was flawless. The house was absolutely beautiful, was equipped with more than enough & was extremely clean and neat. Communication was on point. We drove from WV to come to the beach and ended up staying at the house and only went to the beach once. There was plenty to do just staying home. The fishing dock, pool and view was perfect. The sunsets from the dock were fantastic. The community was friendly and peaceful. There were plenty of restaurants around the area; most of which we door dashed, when we didn't cook. This was our very first vacation as a family of five and we are already ready to plan to return next year and years to come. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic Retreat
Beautiful lakeside retreat and convenient location 15 minutes from the beach with residential feel but Walmart and stores/ restaurants very close by. The well maintained pool and outside dining area was enjoyed by all of us everyday, adults and teens alike. The dock was perfect for early morning sunrises and coffee and sunsets, too! The house was extremely clean and had attention to details with everything included for the pool, lake, and beach use. In the kitchen there were even some condiments and basic baking supplies. The pass through window from the kitchen to pool area was both convenient and saved the hot area coming in the home from use of sliding doors. Plentiful linens & towels & paper products. We all slept very well, kids and adults all mentioned the beds were extremely comfortable. The three teens in our family said their favorite feature was the , “pool, pool, and pool”! Josh was helpful, welcoming, and responsive before and during the stay. Thank you for a wonderful retreat! We hope to return!!

This place is beautiful, right on the lake where you can see turtles popping their heads up! The layout of the place is exactly what it describes. Plus if you bring any little kids they have plenty for them to do! We loved it here!

We recently stayed at this BEAUTIFUL house with our kids! Location was perfect! Many stores and restaurants all close by! 25 minutes to Ft Myers beach! House was VERY clean, owners were great with communicating! We HATE to give it a 5 star rating because we don’t want anybody else to book it for when we are ready to visit again!!! Beautiful place!
This was our first stay here and it was just what we were looking for! It came fully stocked with everything and even came with basic necessities like soap and shampoo. It is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to everything we needed. The pool was a little cool and the owners were willing to turn up the heat a little. We woke up every day drinking coffee while watching pelicans and osprey catching fish out of the lake! This is a beautiful place and we would recommend this place to anyone!

A great stay! Nice place.
We stayed as a group of 6. ranging in age from 12 to 83. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and towels were provided for the pool. The garage had everything we needed for a beach visit (cooler, chairs, umbrella, toys). The kayaks were fun. This is a beautiful, clean house. Highly recommend staying here.
