Welkom op de prachtig versierde Cape Harbour Retreat. De Cape Harbour Retreat is gelegen in het zeer wenselijk omgeving Cape Harbor van SW Cape Coral. Op slechts enkele minuten van de Cape Harbour-restaurants, zoals Rum Runner en Fathoms, is het gebied buitengewoon rustig en ideaal om te ontspannen. Er is zelfs een Publix supermarkt en Walgreens op loopafstand. Het huis zelf is ingericht door een beroemde kunstenaar en zijn vrouw en dit komt zeker in de sfeer van het huis. De muren zijn gevuld met prachtige originele schilderijen en de sfeer van het huis is uitnodigend en warm. Het zwembadgedeelte biedt een overvloed aan ruimte om te loungen, veel zonblootstelling en ligstoelen om te ontspannen of een barbecue op te zetten voor een romantisch diner in de avond. De villa is echt een voorbeeld van de levensstijl van Florida en mag door niemand worden gemist. Deze accommodatie ligt op slechts 1,6 km van de verhuur van boten die kan worden afgeleverd bij uw achtertersteok. Gemakkelijke toegang tot de Golf in enkele minuten en geniet van enkele van de beste vissen in SW Florida, of maak een reis naar Sanibel, Noord-Captiva, Pine Island of Ft. Myers Beach in minder dan een uur varen met de boot. Het beste van alles is om dolfijnen en zeekoeien tijdens je reis te zien. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is hier om te genieten van een geweldig SW Florida Adventure.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig an einem Kanal welcher einen Golf-Zugang erlaubt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, inkl. Top-Küche! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit perfekt. Antworten kam innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Beautiful home in a great area. Your dream vacation starts here.

From the moment you open the front door you are greeted with a gorgeous view right through a wall of sliding glass to the screened in pool with a lovely dock and canal at the rear. Open concept living room dining and kitchen lets everyone enjoy the property. One side of the house contains a very large master suite and the other side has two bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. The highlight is the lanai with all day sun on the pool or shaded areas for dining and a lovely area with comfortable seating and a coffee table. Day or night, the lanai is the place to be. The pool was crystal clear and gorgeous. Located on a quiet street but not far from groceries, restaurants and any other amenities you might need. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances (the ice maker in the fridge is a hero). On the deck you have a great propane grill. Instructions were complete and clear. Wifi was solid. Owners were very responsive to inquiries, we never waited longer than a couple of minutes to hear back. An incredible value for a lovely stay. We were left wanting nothing. It is everything we wanted in our Florida dream home.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus! Die Ausstattung ist modern und stilvoll, alles war sauber und bestens gepflegt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großzügigen Poolbereich, der perfekt zum Entspannen einlädt. Morgens mit einem Kaffee auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick über den Pool zu genießen, war einfach herrlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, was das Kochen zum Vergnügen machte. Auch die Lage des Hauses war für uns ideal – ruhig und dennoch nicht weit entfernt von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch! Liebe Grüße Karsten und Susanne

The accommodation is very nicely furnished, very clean and well maintained. The equipment is complete, so that everything you need is available. Wonderful stay

My kids and I had a wonderful stay. Overall the space was fantastic. The pool and lanai area were a great place to hang out. Inside, the living room was very comfortable, nice big kitchen with everything you need, and the bedrooms and bathrooms had clean sheets and plenty of towels. It was nice to have some extras included like fishing rods and coolers. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Publix and many restaurants. I travel a lot and this was one of the nicer places I have stayed in.

Very nice, great neighborhood, and CLEAN!

Easy process for renting. Owner takes pride in property, and the cleaners do a terrific job! Pool immaculate and lanai very relaxing. Living in FL and having a pool of our own, we understood the rules of the pool. Publix 3 mins away. Aldi 20 mins away. Fresh Market 25 mins away. Sanibel, including stop for coffee, 25 mins away. Starbuck and DD, 12 mins away. Had a couple of small things which were taken care of thru communications. Mainly where is this, or where is that. Will say though all the knives need to be sharpened (they had a nice knife set with a honer but no sharpener). It's a small thing, but makes a difference when needing one. We stayed the week before hurricane Ian. Hope this property survived, and would definitely ately stay there again!

A week of solitude and privacy

The house is lovely and very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and modern. Fabulous appliances. The pool was awesome and the primary reason we booked this property. It was great having a garage to pull our car into, especially on those rainy afternoons common to South Florida this time of year. Very well equipped with towels, beach things, coolers, bikes, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Bedding was good quality. There were no negatives other than it was a little off putting in terms of not feeling very welcomed into the home as “our home” for the week. There are signs in every room of the house saying “wipe down the shower, use a coaster on this table, you will lose your security deposit if you do/don’t do this or that.” I think that’s very likely because there are many people out there who do not take care of things and abuse the property of others, so I get it. But it did make us feel uncomfortable in the home. We are an empty nester couple with a great VRBO track record. My guidance to the property manager would be to consider who is going to be staying in the property and then decide how much of that is necessary. In our case, 90% of that was not necessary and did make us feel a bit unwanted in the home.

Great days in Cape Coral

Great place for the two of us who were there this time. Everything works great, with great service following us up before the trip, and available while there if needed - appreciated. This is a perfect place with excellent bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice kitchen and a fantastic pool area. We enjoyed our stay, and it is now on our list for the next trip.
