The spacious villa have an open living space with comfy couches, a smart 85 inch TV and a view to the pool deck area. Dinning area is perfect for a social evening and can seat 6. Fully equipped kitchen includes an island with 4 seats and new appliances. The villa is very well maintained includes 3 bedrooms ideal for 6 people with a king sized bed in master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Villa had a bonus room/office equipped with pull out couch for 2 extra people (queen sized) and a formal desk with chair that can be used as office. The two queen bedrooms have access to a full bathroom and the master bedroom has its own master bath with large walk in shower and bathtub. Master bath also includes a mini beauty fridge for skin care lotions. Bathrooms are supplied with towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hairdryer and basic toiletry items are provided for your convenience. Free Wifi access is included throughout the home. Hand and bath towels are provided, along with clean, fresh linens/bed sheets. Each bedroom has its own smart TV.
The laundry room is equipped with brand new washer & dryer and basic supplies.
Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are also included and available in the laundry room.
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year, and we can also provide weekly cleaning service upon request for an additional fee.
House location is close within 30 minute drive to SW Fort Myers International Airport and Punta Gorda Airport.
