Welcome to your Cape Coral coastal dream home! This gorgeous, nearly 2,500 sq. ft., 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home features an open split floor plan, making it perfect for multiple couples, families, and groups who want to spend time together without feeling like they’re on top of each other.

The home offers two separate living spaces, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, unwind, watch a movie, or enjoy some quiet time. The king suite, kitchen, and main living areas all open to your private outdoor oasis.

Step outside and settle into vacation mode! Float in our oversized heated pool, fire up the grill, relax by the water, or grab a fishing pole and see what’s biting from our 40-foot private dock. This area is known for great fishing, and you may catch Snook, Tarpon, Jack Crevalle, Snapper, Drum, and more. We’re also in a local shark estuary, so you never quite know what might make an appearance! Fishing poles and basic tackle are provided for your convenience.

Bring your boat and enjoy the convenience of your own private 40-foot dock, or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful waterfront views.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king suite, queen guest room, and two twin bedrooms, with one twin room featuring a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to stay connected while away. The home comfortably accommodates 9–10 guests when utilizing all available beds, the futon, and couches.

The home is fully stocked with the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, along with plenty of those little touches that make a vacation feel special. Our goal is to give you a place where you can relax, reconnect, and enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer.

Located in the heart of Cape Coral, you’re just 2 miles from downtown Cape Coral’s amazing restaurants and nightlife and approximately 20 minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches and shopping. You can spend the day exploring and come home to your own private pool and peaceful waterfront retreat.
