Kick back and relax in this modern, family-friendly home. Built in 2022, this home embodies cool, neutral tones throughout. It has been professionally decorated for your enjoyment. Everything from pool toys to board games to kitchen essentials is provided. This includes beach chairs, an umbrella, & a cooler if you decide to take the short trip to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel!

The space
Master Bedroom: King bed (pillowtop), 55" 4k Roku TV, two dressers, nightstands/lamps, workspace with glass top desk and chair, two closets, attached walk-in shower, dual sinks on vanity.

Bedroom 2-3: Queen bed (pillowtop), dresser, nightstand/lamp, walk-in closet, 50" 4k RokuTV.

Bedroom 4: Full size (pillowtop) bunk beds (top bunk for children only), nightstand, walk-in closet.

Guest access
We have a large turnaround driveway and garage that you can park in. We are just a few minutes down the road from Target, Publix, Starbucks, and more!
Other things to note
The pool heater will be set to 80 degrees. If you would like it to be warmer, we can work to accommodate that (88 degrees is the max permitted temperature). There will be a $3 charge per day for every degree you'd like to turn it up to. For example, if you would like the pool to run at 84 degrees and stay 5 nights, that would be $3 x 4 degrees x 5 nights = $60. Requests should be made at the beginning of the stay. Guests are not permitted to touch any pool or heating/cooling equipment without the permission of the owner.

The home will be set to 72 degrees. If you would like to turn it down (68 is the lowest permitted temperature), the same $3 per degree per day charge will occur. For example, if you would like the house to be set at 70 degrees and stay 5 nights, that would be $3 x 2 degrees x 5 nights = $30. Requests should be made at the beginning of the stay. Guests are not permitted to touch the thermostat without the permission of the owner.

All swimming is to be done at your own risk. By booking, you agree that the owners assume no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property.

We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you treat the home like your own! Please let us know right away so we can work to fix/replace what is broken. You will be responsible for any extra costs that are incurred.

Pool furniture may be moved around the patio, but please return all furniture to where you found them before leaving.
