This newly built villa is a design villa with high standards. It is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Cape Coral, very convenient also for boaters! Start your exciting boat adventures right from your own boat dock.

South exposure and water basin views are another highlight. With 3,880 sqft on 2 floors the villa offers plenty of space for a dream vacation!

The high class villa offers a large living room, four bedrooms, four bathrooms. Enough space even for two or more families. The many areas inside and outside ensure that everyone enjoys their private retreat! Only high quality materials were used during construction and also in the furnishing and decoration the high quality design was continued.

The pool area is second to none: the infinity saltwater pool in great design is an eye catcher with the waterline directly on pool deck level. Large enough to swim some laps and the 360 degree overflow with turquoise blue water make the pool an unique experience. The adjoining large whirlpool is an additional invitation to relax. In the evening, two fire pits create a very special and cozy atmosphere.

The generously designed terrace with plenty of sun loungers and lounge furniture offers lots of space to relax and enjoy meals together at the dining table. Due to the south-west orientation of the pool you can enjoy the sun for a long time. In addition, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill is at your disposal. Also from the balcony on the second floor you have a beautiful view and guaranteed gorgeous sunsets!

The large living room invites you to relax. Here you will also find an 82 inch TV. For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (wifi speaker) in the house and outside so you can listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist.

On the first ground floor there are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors with access to the pool area. The master bath is large and brightly designed.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with access to the balcony. Adjacent here too is a luxury bathroom with view over the water.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter with bar stools and an adjacent dining area. New and modern kitchen appliances and a Nespresso machine await you!

Energy efficiency is important to us, so the villa's hot water is prepared with warm circulating air and there are variously adjustable air conditioning units in the house.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
