Always included is a TV. 3 bedrooms come with their own bathroom, and from the master bedroom, you can directly access the lanai: a perfect place for fun around the clock! Thanks to the pool with electric heating, swimming is possible at any weather. The villa´s spa offers steaming relaxation, and a pool bathroom saves you the detour through the house. You want to tan? Then, simply relax on a sunbed. At night, the pool area is beautifully lit, and equally beautiful are the sunsets. Enjoy a glass of wine at the fire table, while the canal is dipped into a splendor of red and orange. There is no better way to end your vacation day!

When it comes to dining, the villa leaves nothing to be desired. On the lanai, you will find a dining table for your whole family – as well as an outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue grill and running water.

Only a sliding door separates guests from the open, modern living area. There, the villa´s kitchen offers everything you need for cooking: oven, microwave, stove plates, fume hood and a big refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes and utensils are available, and the kitchen counter with barstools is extra-spacious, so you can cook and chat together with your friends.

The living area features a dining table with 6 chairs. Here, you can have coffee whenever you want, and in case of bad weather, simply stay indoors. Cozy armchairs and a big flat-screen TV make the living area perfect for a movie night.

Despite this, guests can quickly reach the city´s most important spots. Only a 10-minute drive separates you from the supermarkets Walmart, Publix and Aldi. Nearby, Pine Island Road features many restaurants, and plenty of activities await you in the vicinity. Golfers should head to the Coral Oaks Range, while Sun Splash Family Waterpark is known for its exciting slides. 12 miles away, you can relax at Cape Coral´s public beach, and thanks to the villa´s location, trips to Pine Island are easy. Simply drive along Pine Island Road to experience one of Florida´s most charming and laid-back spots.

This coupon can then be redeemed at our boat rental. The minimum rental period for most of our boats is 1 day, but of course, long-term rentals are no problem, either. Our pickup point is located only 5 minutes away from open waters. You want to have the boat delivered to your vacation home? This is also possible for rental periods of 2 days or more.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
