Villa Bella Vista-Prachtig uitzicht

Welkom bij Villa Bella Vista, uw thuis weg van huis in Cape Coral. Het huis ligt aan het einde van de canel en biedt een prachtig uitzicht vanaf de Lanai.

Deze 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers huis heeft een open plattegrond thuis met veel ruimte om te ontspannen. De keuken, de eetkamer en het hoofdbad zijn onlangs gerenoveerd. De apparaten zijn ook nieuw.

Het huis ligt op slechts een paar blokken van restaurants en restaurants in de prachtige jachthaven van Cape Harbor.

Het huis wordt geleverd met alles wat je nodig hebt om te ontspannen en te genieten van je verblijf. We hebben linnengoed geleverd en de keuken is gevuld als je besluit om te koken. Breng uw eten en plan om achterover te leunen en te genieten van het uitzicht.

Het zwembad is verwarmd maar we rekenen $ 15. 00 per dag voor elke dag dat de kachel wordt gebruikt.

We love staying in this house. Mark and Susan are great to work with and so accommodating! We were here earlier than check in and since the house was ready they did not hesitate to let us go on in. The location is perfect and house perfect for relaxation and fun. We would highly recommend.

Setting is beautiful, house is beautiful and well appointed. The bicycles, kayaks, and pool were all great features, and we enjoyed the Bluetooth sound system. We’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Cape Coral.

This is our third time staying at the property. In the past everything was great. This time the house was 84 degrees when we walked in. The air vents were closed. The host told me by message that the previous renters must have done that. The thermostat is a NEST so the host can control it and see the temp. There was an extra boat on the dock which doesn't allow room for fishing. The host states it is a neighbor's boat but I do not believe that. The pool was down by about 6 inches and there was algae growing on the walls. That is a health hazard! The carpets are stained and filthy. There was food under the patio table. The refrigerator was turned down so far that it took overnight for our pop and water to get cold. So basically the amenities are not usable. The pool, fishing area and house location are the reason we stay at that house. VRBO states these are minor issues and are not honoring the Book with Confidence guarantee. If I am not refunded I plan on taking legal action against both parties. I spent a lot of money for this vacation and had problem after problem. This whole situation has put a lot of undue stress on me. Dirty house and false promises are not minor issues!

This was a perfect house for our small group. The location at the end of the canal made for perfect evenings visiting in, and by, the pool to watch the beautiful sunset. Quiet neighborhood. The house hasn’t been used in a while when we arrived. Found a few dead roaches on the floor when we arrived. The landscape hasn’t been taken care of for a while as trees needed to be trimmed Pool has a leak had to add water every other day The owners are very attentive and that’s why I gave them 4-5stars. I have a feeling that the hurricane in august had something to do with the issues we seen.

The pictures don’t show how comfortable and design conscious this home provides. Rooms are large, materials are well chosen and feels like a new home. Many gathering areas to talk and entertain. I am looking forward to a trip to Cape Coral again just to stay here. This is my 4th time renting in SW FL using VRBO and this is the best place we have stayed so far. I highly recommend staying at this location. You won’t be disappointed. Owners are very easy to work with and very attentive.
