Villa Cape Belle Vue - on water, pool & spa, kayaks, SUP, table tennis, billiard

This villa in Southwest Cape Coral was recently completely and stylishly refurnished and offers enough space for a varied family vacation. It is located on a wide canal in a quiet upscale residential area near the beautiful mangroves and close to Cape Harbour with shops and restaurants or Camelot park with tennis courts.
If you like being active on vacation, there's something for everyone here: enjoy the view from the water with the kayaks or stand-up paddle boards, take a bike trip, or challenge friends and family to a pool table game.

Everyone will find their retreat on two floors. The living room offers plenty of space for evenings together. For music and film fans, we have installed a Samsung soundbar. You can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist on your mobile device. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and plenty of supplies; all you need to have a cozy "cook together".

The glass doors lead you directly to the beautiful lanai area. The pool, spa, lounge area and sun loungers instantly set you in the holiday mood. The saltwater pool is electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle to the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes. Also available are beach towels, umbrellas, large cooler, beach chairs and beach toys for trips. There is also a grill to enjoy delicious BBQ nights.

The villa has four bedrooms, each furnished with a king size bed, as well as two full bathrooms and a guest bathroom. If you have to work while on vacation, you will find an office here with a desk and printer.

You can relax and enjoy the sun directly on the canal.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
