Villa Summer Dream - modern, on water, large pool & spa

The entire villa has been completely modernized and refurnished, and the large pool has been newly built. It impresses with its great location and the breathtaking view of the canal. Enjoy the unforgettable hours of sunshine from your spacious pool area. As soon as you enter, you will find yourself in the light-flooded living area with a view of the water. In the large living area, you can spend cozy family evenings after preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine available). With access to the open water, you can start your boat trips directly from the boat dock!

For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (wifi speaker). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house. The master bedroom with king-size bed and adjoining bathroom has a great view of the pool area and the water. You also have direct access to the pool from there - as well as from the living area. The two guest bedrooms are spacious and both have a walk-in closet. The bright guest bathroom has a shower and bathtub.

Enjoy your breakfast on the beautiful terrace in the morning sun. The loungers and the spacious area around the large pool invite you to relax and unwind. The large covered terrace offers plenty of space and is perfect for staying outside even during strong sun or a brief rain shower. Next to it, you'll find a cozy lounge area with fireplace and TV, where you can wind down your day or enjoy a drink in the evening. A special highlight is the outdoor kitchen, where snacks and dinners can easily be made.

The saltwater pool can be heated electrically and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a fresh water pool without chlorine - no more irritated eyes.
Great cooking fun is ensured by a BBQ grill. Have your meal with an unforgettable sunset and balmy evening air, and enjoy a few cocktails in the heated whirlpool.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your villa to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. With some luck you can spot dolphins. You can book your preferred boat with us.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
