Villa SunnySide- perfect for families and boaters

Located in Cape Coral´s peaceful southwest, Villa Sunnyside offers the right ambience for your vacation – from tropical palm trees in the garden to the large, sunlit rooms and elegant deco elements. 2,215 square feet of living space are available, which makes this house ideal for groups of up to 8 guests.

The villa has 4 bedrooms – three with double beds, one with two single beds. A handy feature: In the Master Bedroom, you will not only find a desk and a TV. From here, you can also directly access the pool area.

A true wellness oasis awaits you in the Master Bathroom equipped with bathtub and spacious walk-in shower. In addition, two more bathrooms are available for guests.

Of course, the villa features a large, open living room. There, you can unwind on leather sofas and watch TV. Two dining tables grace the living area, and thanks to a huge isle, your whole family can cook in the adjacent kitchen. Amenities include an oven, stove plates, microwave and an extra-large refrigerator with ice-machine, as well as a dishwasher and a complete selection of dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

How about a barbecue with your family? No problem. Located in the lanai are a gas grill and an outdoor kitchen with running water. Thanks to a dining table in the roofed section, you can enjoy your meals with a vista of Cape Coral´s scenic canal. This is especially worthwhile in the evening, when the villa´s western exposure promises beautiful sunsets.

If you like to swim, you will love the heated, easily accessible pool. Toys for children and sun chairs for the grown-ups are available – just like a cozy lounge area in the shade. There, you can relax and listen to the soothing sound of the artificial waterfall.

If you want to stay active on vacation, you are more than welcome to use the villa´s bicycles. Kayaks are also available. Alternatively, take the villa´s beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, and head for the beach. This can easily be done by boat, thanks to a dock behind the house. In a few minutes, you will reach the Gulf of Mexico, so tropical islands like Sanibel and Captiva are only a short ride away.

On land, the villa offers the right mix of tranquility and a central location. The supermarkets Publix and Walmart are only 2 miles away – as are the shops and restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. In 5 minutes, you can reach Camelot Park with its playground. Or do you want to cool off? Then, Sun Splash Family Waterpark 7 miles to the north is perfect for you.
