Villa Unica - ontspan en geniet

Villa Unica is een bijzonder huis waar onze gasten meestal vanaf het begin verliefd op worden. Bij aankomst wordt u verwelkomd door een goed onderhouden terrein en smaakvolle meubels van hoge kwaliteit. De ietwat mediterrane flair en het zeer ruime, bijna ruime interieurontwerp zorgen ervoor dat je je meteen thuis voelt.

Dit gaat door op het terras, dat het hele jaar door maximaal uren zon biedt, maar heeft ook een zeer groot, door kolommen ondersteund overdekt gedeelte dat alle bewoners voldoende schaduw biedt.

De ligstoelen nodigen u uit om te ontspannen, een groot zwembad om af te koelen en het ingebouwde schermvenster biedt uitzicht op het extra grote Eure-kanaal. Het water bezit is bekleed met speciaal geplante palmbomen en in tegenstelling tot veel andere huizen, biedt de villa een houtskoolgrill naast de gebruikelijke gasgrill.

BESCHRIJVING
Het huis biedt drie smaakvol ingerichte slaapkamers, die elk zijn verbonden met een complete badkamer met toilet en douche. Twee slaapkamers hebben kingsize bedden en inloopkasten. Deze kamers bevinden zich in het hoofdgebouw met directe toegang tot de woonkamer.

Een andere kamer heeft 2 eenpersoonsbedden en een badkamer. Het is te bereiken via de afgesloten binnenplaats en is daarom bijzonder stil. Alle kamers zijn uiteraard volledig voorzien van airconditioning, WiFi en een 39-inch tv.

De ruime woon-eetkamer-keuken is open, de keuken is volledig uitgerust en heeft een inloopkast. In de woonkamer zijn er gezellige grote banken met een liggende functie en uitzicht op de 65 inch televisie. Het eetgedeelte heeft een lange eettafel met een bank en 4 stoelen. De hele faciliteit is modern en van hoge kwaliteit, zodat het de gasten aan niets ontbreekt.

Dubbele deuren leiden naar het terras met zwembad of naar de rustige binnenplaats, wat zo ongewoon en zeldzaam is in Cape Coral-huizen. Met een palmboom en een open haard geeft het het huis een heel speciaal tintje, maar het dient ook als een toevluchtsoord om een uur lang te lezen, te ontspannen of yoga te doen.

De Villa Unica wordt afgerond door een grote dubbele garage met strand, visuitrusting en tafeltennis. Zoals gebruikelijk in Cape Coral, heeft de garage directe toegang tot het hoofdgebouw. Er is ook een wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Het hele huis is uiteraard uitgerust met gratis, snelle WiFi.

Ter plaatse zal ons Engels en Duitstalig property management team voor u zorgen, die te allen tijde gecontacteerd kan worden met eventuele vragen.

MILIEU
Het huis is rustig en gunstig gelegen in het zuidoosten van Cape Coral. Rustig, want er is geen lawaai bij het zwembad of in het huis van elke grote straat. Handig voor transport, want je kunt heel snel bij de Veterans Memorial Parkway komen en het volgende kruispunt is Santa Barbara Boulevard, met verschillende winkels en een supermarkt. Del Prado Boulevard is ook vlakbij, met eet- en winkelmogelijkheden. De brug op weg naar Ft. Myers ligt op slechts ongeveer 2 minuten afstand.

Entspannter Familienurlaub in der Villa Unica

Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt im April für 8 Tage gebucht. Der Check-in mit einer deutschsprachigen Ansprechpartnerin war trotz Ostersonntag möglich und verlief super easy. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Bialetti hatte meinen Tag gerettet :) Die Kids haben den beheizten Pool geliebt. Es sind selbst deutsche Lektüre und Spiele (Brettspiele etc.) für Kids vorhanden. Der Check out verlief auch schnell und problemlos. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in der Villa Unica.

Relaxing vacation

We were looking for a house to lay low at for spring break and this met all our needs! The pool was perfect, house was very spacious, and it had many items that are often thrown away at the end of a stay (leftover coffee, flour, basic seasonings). We ventured to Sanibel Island for a day, went to a spring training baseball game, met some friends in Tampa, and enjoyed simple pool days at the house.

Fabulous Stay!

The property was clean and accurately shown in the listing. When we arrived late in the evening of our first day we quickly realized the ice maker/freezer was making a loud clicking noise and leaking water. The next morning when the property manager arrived, we pointed out the ice maker and she said she was aware of this issue and that was going to tell the Owner. She made no attempt to repair or replace during the duration of our stay so we dealt clicking ice maker and a reoccurring puddle on the kitchen floor all week. All-in-all we had a great week and would rent the property again.

Our Time at Villa Unica

We have called Villa Unica home for the past 7 weeks. My husband and I were pleased with the level of cleanliness, the well stocked kitchen and we absolutely LOVED the lanai. I don’t think we ate one meal indoors the entire time we were there! While there is really nothing within walking distance of the house, there was plenty to do within a 15-20 minute drive. Erik, the property manager, was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to questions quickly and accepted suggestions for improvement. When there was an issue early on with the cable TV, Erik did what was necessary and had all TV’s converted to Firesticks. While there are always suggestions to be had, we got our money’s worth and enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay. Rental was soooo hot upon arrival air was set on 80 and couldn’t move it any lower than 74. Master room was so hot all the time we had to buy two fans of me for master and because one bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan. Only other complaint was the floors. All of our feet were black until my husband got tired ofhearing me me complain and bought a mop. In all fairness the property manager did offer to send the cleaning crew out there but we just did it ourselves. All in all we had s nice stay and had good communication with Eric the property manager.

Great Getaway

The house was perfect for our group of 6. Our 17 year old daughter and 14 year old son each brought a friend for the week and things were set up perfectly to allow each of them to have separation when they wanted. The separate apartment was perfect for the boys that stayed up late playing video games with friends so the rest of us didn't need to hear them, but close enough that we never needed to worry about them. The location was close enough to nice beaches and shopping so we could take day trips for those that wanted to and leave others behind to happily enjoy the quiet around the pool. The owners were very gracious and helpful and even forewarned us of a potential problem in advance of our trip and offered us a full refund if we chose not to come. We obviously still went forward with the trip and had no issues at all. However, I greatly appreciated their openness and transparency from the owners to ensure we had a great trip. They did not have to offer us a full refund and I think that says a lot about their integrity...especially following a bad experience we had with another owner who would not give us any refund for a stay in March of 2020 when Covid shut down the town we were traveling to. The owners also reached out proactively to make sure everything was going well and provided local contact that was readily accessible and very responsive to any issues. We would certainly recommend both the house to anyone as well as the great owners to work with.

Perfect!

Our family stayed at the Villa Unica for a week. The place is amazing and well cared for. We spent a great deal of time on the lanai. The view of the canal is beautiful. The kids loved the heated pool. We wondered how the separate room would work with two of our kids sleeping there. It ended up being great as they loved the feeling of having their own space. The check-in and check-out process was seemless. Many great memories! We would highly recommend!!

The pictures of this home are beautiful, but it’s even more beautiful in person. Very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed to have an incredibly comfortable stay. Good Stay

Great home, very relaxed, has everything. We stayed 12 days and was given a $ 25 credit for electric which was not clear per signing contract, kept the pool at 77 and house at 74, out bill was $200, just be a where of you electric bill you are required to pay for the owners. The grills were Awesome, must clean them which we do at home, so use to that. Landscape was great. Had a few lights that were out, and ice maker was not shooting ice out, told property manager, he was awhare of this. Everything is 5 miles or less away that you would need. Weather great, laid out on front patio as the Lanai is a sun blocker, great for the hot summer days I'm sure. Would go back some time.

Beautiful home and location - Highly recommended

The house was spacious and very well decorated. The pool in the back was a huge hit with my family. I could barely get my 8 year old out of it the entire week! I loved the large covered patio that over looked the bay (feet from the house and pool). The views were breathtaking! We even saw an otter and many other animals in and around the water. My teenager loved the ping pong table and especially the mother-in-law separate suite for the privacy and space. Trust me, my wife and I didn't mind that one bit either! My wife loved the courtyard and was able to get some amazing pictures there! My favorite was the large brick outdoor grill and the fact that I could fish practically from the back door and still keep an eye on the family in the pool. The house was full of amenities such as fire pit, Nintendo Wii, XBox360, extra gas grill, bar area and everything mentioned above. The owners Mirco and Katja are fantastic to work with and easy to get in touch with. I would happily come back and re-visit this lovely home again.
