  • Deze charmante vakantie villa ligt direct aan de afrit kanaal naar de rivier de Caloosahatchee in het midden van de zogenaamde Yacht Club Area, een van de beste en meest wenselijke woonwijken van Cape Coral. In slechts 1 minuut afstand van pleziervaartuigen de prachtige Golf van Mexico.

    Vanuit alle woonkamers en ook vanuit de open keuken kunt u genieten van uitzicht op het grote zwembad met jacuzzi, tropische tuin en over de direct aangrenzende zoutwater kanaal over, zelfs de rivier de Caloosahatchee. Very beautiful home!!! My kids loved fishing right in our backyard. We saw dolphins two of the days we were there and one even decided to swim right by the sea wall for a very up close look!!!!

Amazing view, excellent location. Highly recommended. Also rented a boat from Amys boat rental, highly recommend too. great spot for ocean access. My wife and I and our 19/21 yr old kids and their significant others. plenty of room.

Our week long stay was spectacular. We played golf at two terrific courses, enjoyed the pool with it's unique view and celebrated a birthday with our son. The weather cooperated and gave us many opportunities to swim and just sit back and relax. We found everything that we needed provided by the owner and the manager was very responsive.

The view is to die for, amazing! We even saw a dolphin while relaxing in the hot tub. The home was super clean and had everythi g we needed. Check-in and out were super easy as well! Loved our stay!

My wife & I stayed here for the week of Memorial Day, 2026 and loved it. The house was very clean and well maintained. The house is well furnished and comfortable, with all household items needed for our stay. The lanai, pool and backyard are wonderful with incredible views. We saw dolphins on several days, in the late afternoon. The grounds are lovely and also well maintained. I even had a neighbor ask if we owned the house because they were also impressed by the grounds and wanted to know who the landscaping company was. During our stay, I was able to meet the landscapers and provide the neighbors with their business card. I will also mention that Ralph, the property manager was very accommodating and reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer suggestions for restaurants and activities. If you are considering this house for your vacation I highly recommend it. We did not want to leave at the end of our stay and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful view!

Great location, convenient to restaurants, stores and only 3 minutes to the Yacht club beach. 🏖️ We enjoyed the house, top quality all new finishes, and furniture. The lanai and pool deck were great, saw dolphins, sunsets and enjoyed boats passing by.

Great Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has a great layout that enabled us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. It was clean and nicely furnished. We did some fishing from the dock and spent lots of time in the pool! It’s close to Sanibel Beaches and other activities. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Our 3 bedroom and 2 bath canal front rental in Cape Coral was just so beautiful, so spacious and spotlessly clean. My husband booked this property for my girlfriends and me as a girls getaway trip for my 60th birthday. We all LOVED this Cape Coral house. The gorgeous views of passing boats and the thrill of watching dolphins swim right up to the property was an absolute dream. The amenities are fantastic as beach towels and linens all provided and the house is also equipped with a washer/dryer too. The pristine pool, relaxing hot tub and fully equipped kitchen makes for such a wonderful home away from home vacation place. This vacation home is perfectly situated within short 5-10 mins drive to many great restaurants and bars (Tiki Hut, Jungle Tiki, Monkey bar and restaurant and several places off 47th terrace as well). The exceptional service made our trip. Hans, the host owner responded to a question we had in a timely manner. Bob the pool maintenance guy is super friendly, and Rolf, the property manager, personally welcomed us and provided all the information we needed about the house. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation experience in Cape Coral and we highly recommend this property.

Direkt am River gelegen, konnten wir jeden Tag Delfine beobachten, die spielerisch direkt vor dem Grundstück vorbeizogen – einfach unvergesslich!Das elegante, liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und der große, einladende Pool boten pure Erholung. Overdue family vacay

Location was great. We rented a boat and enjoyed getting out to the river quickly. The pool was wonderful whether jumping in after a boat ride, late night swims or watching boats come in and out during the day. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time - very relaxing.

The whole experience was amazing. This was our second time vacationing in Cape Coral and this home was perfect match for our family. The pool was great along with the views, excellent location to enjoy those Florida sunsets. The home is super clean and kitchen is nicely equipped with all your cooking needs. The home owner Hans was very responsive and accommodating along with the property manager Ralph, from the easy check-in to check-out he was there whenever we needed him. Like a dream…

We are a regular VRBO travelers and would rate the Villa Romantic as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see. Also close to supermarkets which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful vacation villa

Fantastic Stay!!

What a beautiful property! The entire stay exceeded all of our expectations! Our family of 4 enjoyed the gorgeous view, hot tub and pool everyday. We saw dolphins swimming and there was even a holiday boat parade! The house is exactly as described and the manager responded quickly to any needs. Will absolutely stay at the property again!!

Can't Wait Until Next Time! Til Next Time...

This was our second time to stay at Villa Romantic. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this 5 star property. Our first visit was pre hurricane and the home has since been updated and is extremely comfortable! The host, literally has everything that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. This property truly is exceptional! Next time we're hoping to stay 3-4 weeks! Highly recommend.

Relaxing stay and great location

After booking this trip prior to covid, then having the disappointment of delaying it for two years due to travel restrictions. It was a great relief to find the property as we expected, in a good condition and great area. The kids loved the pool and we loved sitting out under the tiki hut enjoying the amazing view. In summary we had a great relaxing time.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed – absolutely loved it!Villa Romantic truly stole our hearts. For us, it’s one of the top locations in Cape Coral – peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house is incredibly well taken care of, decorated with love, and offers everything you could wish for on vacation.We spent our mornings having coffee on the terrace, our afternoons by the pool, and our evenings watching the sunset – pure bliss. The whole atmosphere is just magical.A special shout-out to the owner: communication was warm, easy, and reliable from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their guests and want them to have a perfect stay.We’re already looking forward to coming back – this place is a gem!

The house is as described but there were a few items I would like to mention1 you are charged for electricity. This is new to me and did not see it in the rental agreement. I have rented dozens of homes before and this is a first. You are expected to pay in cash and it cost 78 while keeping the air on 74, no cooking, no laundry, and for 2 people. 2 not all loungers have cushions. The view is fabulous 3 linens and towels are of a dark color and towels are worn. 4 Wi-Fi was good but anytime we streamed a movie at night it went down. But was good all day for working and supported video calls 5 no instructions were left in the home as normal. You did have a local contact to call 6 landscapers come during the day but blow the grass into the pool. Had to contact someone to have pool cleaned. 7 no hot water. Sinks or showers. And guest bath has no water pressure. Was not able to use at all. 8 bring your supplies. Left us not trash bags or dishwashing liquidThis was our first visit and had an enjoyable time. House was good for 2 people. Would not recommend for more.

Wir sind absolut begeistert !!!

Wir hatten das große Glück, dieses traumhafte Ferienhaus zu mieten – und es war einfach perfekt!Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Direkt an der Kanalausfahrt gelegen, konnten wir täglich Delfine und Rochen direkt vom Grundstück aus beobachten – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!Das Haus selbst ist äußerst elegant eingerichtet und bietet mit seinem großen Pool und dem fantastischen Whirlpool absoluten Luxus.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Auch an Hand- und Badetüchern war reichlich vorhanden, sodass wir rundum bestens versorgt waren.Besonders aufmerksam: Zur Begrüßung stand eine gekühlte Flasche Sekt für uns bereit.Wir haben jede Minute in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert!
