The apartment is walkable to ocean, promenade, which was why we chose. It’s clean, nicely decorated, the owners even leave some supplies. Stairs were a bit difficult with luggage but we loved the high up view.

Cape May is beautiful in the fall.
The property is so close to everything! We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go! Stayed in Apt 7 on the third floor. We joked that our longest walk to anything was from our front door to our apt! Don't pack your bags too heavy if you're on the third floor! Apt was equipped with everything and beds were comfy!

Fabulous Cape May Location!
Our family loved our stay — The location is perfect! We had a very short walk to the beach and just a few steps from the Washington St. shops and restaurants. We especially loved the cozy back porch. It made for a peaceful morning relaxation spot. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners were always prompt to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We really loved staying in this cute two bedroom apartment. It is located just a block from the pedestrian mall and one from the beach. The kitchen is stocked with any cooking equipment you might need. There's a separate living room with the TV and two couches. There isn't a tub and the three flights of stairs get to be a lot after a while. Those are the only negatives of a great place!

A wonderful time in Cape May!
Great property, great room, perfect location! The only issue we had was when the heat came on there was an annoying tapping sound (more like flapping sound) that was within the duct work. Almost sounded like a piece of paper flapping or a fan blade hitting something. Wasn't very loud but was constant. Other than that minor issue we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our time in Cape May! Thank you!

Comfort, character and location in Cape May
We’re so glad we found this condo on the VRBO website. It more than lived up to the expectations we had after reading about it and viewing the pictures. It’s location is right where you want to be in Cape May; near the Mall and not far from the beach! Fen and Michael have their place set up comfortably for a couple or a family. Yes, it’s on the 3rd floor but worth the steps and quieter too. The place is very well equipped. We also appreciated that there was everything we needed for the beach. The internet works great too. We enjoyed our private porch overlooking the rooftops. We highly recommend this unit. Fen and Michael were wonderful to work with. They’re great communicators. They really want you to have a positive experience. We will remember our stay with fondness and would definitely rent this unit again.

How lucky were we to find this gem?!
I cannot believe our luck finding this place. A truly beautiful tree-lined street of historic Victorian homes, literally a 2-10 minute walk to the best of everything in Cape May: restaurants, shopping, beach, mini golf, arcade - you name it. We honestly felt a little unabashedly smug walking out via the front steps to join the weary pedestrians on the sidewalk who were lugging their carts to and from the beach, or struggling to find parking for Washington Mall. The apartment was just the right amount of space for our family of four (separate bedrooms have become an unfortunate necessity as my kids get older, making hotels quite cost-prohibitive, and the benefit of having a full kitchen can't be overstated), and I felt very safe with young kids, despite the high season crowds. My kids begged to come back next summer and stay for at least a month. The owners were extremely organized and responded immediately to any questions we had. Instructions for property use were very clear. We were absolutely delighted with our visit and can't wait to return.

Amazing location
The location of this place cannot be beat. It is in the best spot in town. The apt has a private small balcony (which was not advertised enough I think), it’s a great spot for dinner or just lunch after the beach, it even has a child gate so it is safe for little ones. The apt is very specious and has lovely views and great daytime light. The AC in the unit is also great! Essentials are very well stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, cleaning supplies). The living room has lots of places to lounge and relax. I would only recommend that the carpets are removed or updated because they are a tripping hazard. Also, and I know this is hard with so many people staying in this place, the apt can use a better, deeper cleaning service.

The property was as described. The apartment was incredibly stocked with everything a guest would need, from toilet paper to toothpaste. The owners thought well of the guests providing everything one needed when away from home. There was even a blender which I needed since I left mine at home. The house is in a great location, central to restaurants, the mall, and the beach.

Wonderful quick getaway
We wanted a couple days getaway to Cape May for the end of our sons’ spring break week. This cozy spot turned out to be perfect! It’s location is ideal, with great restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach, all easily walkable. You immediately feel welcomed as you enter the apartment. Michael and Fen have it stocked. I had expected to have to go to the grocery store after unpacking because I had forgotten a trash bag and toilet paper (not usually provided in rentals at the Outer Banks) but all the extras were there for guests to use. The only thing I would caution is if one is planning to bring an elderly family member, as there were quite a few stairs with it being on the third floor. The back balcony provided a nice place to sit and have a drink while the kids napped. We look forward to our next stay!

I was disappointed that the unit was not cleaned very well! It had a layer of dust in the bedrooms. The area rugs while decorative tend to be hazardous to older people and tripped on them several times. Location was great! The apartment itself is a little too full of furniture and knickknacks !

We had a short 2-night stay during the Christmas /New Year week. The apartment was perfect for us and the location can’t be beat! You’re right in the heart of town. Delaney’s is just steps away and we ordered takeout there twice. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the rooftops. The apartment is well-stocked with necessities (including face masks & sanitizer). We love Cape May and are glad we got to experience it during the holiday season!

Highly recommend. The home is on a block full of historic colorful houses. While this one isn’t as colorful as the others outside it’s very nice on the inside and was actually one of the homes pointed out and discussed on the trolley tour of historic buildings! It was clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper products, well stocked basics in kitchen. Keep in mind it’s a historic building. Be prepared to climb steep stairs. The shower stall is not very wide, don’t drop anything because bending down to pick it up will not be an option. But the water pressure is good. The walls on one side of the rooms come in about a foot at the top then slant to floor for tall people this makes navigating the 2nd bedroom a little tricky. There is no onsite parking but the spot in a reserved lot is just a few blocks away. The apt decor is light and cheery. There is a small balcony high enough to look over most other houses. One morning we saw the sunrise against the church that is over at the Washington square mall from the balcony. The location is great. Literally beach at one end of the block and Washington square outdoor shoppes at the other. Restaurants, liquor store and even grocery are all within a few blocks easy walking distance.

We could not ask for a better location for the weekend. We had a picture perfect weekend, sat on the back deck for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We were thrilled to find beach chairs in the closet. We never thought that we would have time to go to the beach and you made it so easy for us!
