'I would stay again. The room was clean. Staff was helpful when I locked myself out of the room. The restaurant was very nice, waitstaff was very polite. We stayed for just a few days and having the chairs and umbrella provided on the beach were a big time and space saver.'

'Loved the privacy of each cabin and the amenities provided. Loved how easy was to communicate with the host and their willingness to assist. Kitchen EAs fully equipped with essentials and the property was clean enough to walk around barefoot. The pool are was rather small but pleasant. The firepit lit at 7pm and enough chairs for a large party and 7pm movie by the pool was entertaining. Would definitely stay here against cleaners however could’ve done a better job or the host could’ve has better...

'Great location across from the beach. Very close to Washington St. with restaurants and shops. Nice that they gave us a pass to get umbrella and chairs although the chairs could use replacing as they were a bit rusty. The pool was nice. The view was nice. Most staff members were pleasant. I know the structure is old but was disappointed that the bathroom door would not stay shut. I think they could fix that. We had a suite and one of the TVs did not work. 'We really enjoyed our stay in the Star Inn, Cape May. The rooms were lovely, nicely decorated, cosy but with a modern bathroom, the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.'
