'Excellent location. Can walk to shops, beach and restaurants. There isn’t a high chair, but there is a booster seat. The wagon is better used for kids to ride in than for lugging beach equipment. Overall, a wonderful stay.Kristyn is a marvelous host. Easy to get in contact with and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend. '

'The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. 'The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. '
