'It was located a block from the ocean and walkable to shops and restaurants. There was a breakfast buffet in the morning, tea and coffee were always available and there was a refrigerator to share with other guests. Our bathroom was tiny(Ellie’s room) but manageable. The best part was sitting out on the balcony, porch, or sunroom, reading or having breakfast.'

'Queen Victoria was amazing. The whole building and the rooms are quaint and take you back in time. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is beyond helpful, and the extras are great (like giving beach chairs & towels). the only downside was the parking. It is VERY hard to find free parking. That was the only con, but otherwise we had the best trip and loved it there.'

'Disappointing stay at this small B&B. Unfortunately, there was no "welcoming smile" from the B&B owner when we arrived after a very long drive fraught with traffic jams. Instead, she immediately pushed the bill in front of us and demanded payment. What a start to a lousy stay at this cramped and uncomfortable hotel. 'We booked a weekend stay at Wilbraham Mansion. Doug was great at check in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hot tub and the shower were both excellent, Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was great. Nearly everything was within walking distance, That's important because driving around crowded Cape is tough. Almost as tough as finding parking. The mansions off street parking was truly convenient. My only issue was we booked a weekend...

'There was no customer service. I was greeted when I got there but only because I looked lost and someone happened to be there. No one asked how my stay was going or if I needed anything. You're basically on your own aside from breakfast being served.'
