As far as the pool is concerned, we can only think there must have been a miscommunication on the issue because we agree, as you say, that it is important to keep the pool area spotless for our guests, and our managers know that. We do very much welcome smokers at Asara, but it is correct to say that we do not allow smoking in the rooms and on the balconies, but only at the set-aside area.
