'Very average. Location is excellent. Airco very loud but did the job. Breakfast very basic. Room for 4 with 3 towels and 1 mini shampoo does not feel welcoming. '

'I stayed one night after my husband had surgery at Albany Medical Center. The hotel is very convenient and I was just expecting a place to shower and sleep after a very long day. However it was way more than that. I was a distracted mess by the time I checked in and Denzel at the front desk was kind and patient. I had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was clean and I appreciated the refrigerator in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. '
