'The owner of the hotel Azat nearly waited on us hand and foot. He went so far out of his way to provide excellent service, he made us feel like kings and queens. He, himself, carried a whole case of water into my room. Not only did he make arrangements for transportation but he or one of his staff would park my rental car.
