Il proprietario ci ha lasciati alla porta per oltre un'ora senza sapere cosa fare, senza rispondere al telefono. La pulizia era buona, ma la stanza era piena di muffa. L'unica nota positiva è stata la possibilità di effettuare il check-out posticipato.'

'The location is impressive - right in the historic area . It is very authentic and atmospheric. It challenging in some ways. Parking is difficult and inconvenient. Inside there are challenges for older travelers or those who aren’t physically strong - difficult staircases, inadequate railings, uneven floors , etc. '

'This is a beautiful historic palace and we loved being in the center of San Gimignano! The host was very helpful and accommodating of our party. When we booked we thought the apartment common area was part of the apartment but it is a shared space for the palace. '
