'Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). De plus, les propriétaires n'ont pas réussi à trouver un professionnel pour résoudre le problème de piscine dès le mardi 16...

'This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...

'Zeer mooie huis, eigenlijk een dubbele woning. Huis is erg compleet. Ook de wijn en bier etc. dat klaar stond wordt erg gewaardeerd. Zwembad en tuin is zeer mooi aangelegd op een heuvel en goed onderhouden.'

'We had a great time. The house was very big and the pool was fantastic with a great view. The owners are very friendly and gave some nice and good tips for some things to do. We visited the villa in july 2019 with two families with in Total 9 people.'

'We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Santarsa. Elk gezin had zijn eigen badkamer en keuken en daarnaast was er ook een professionele gemeenschappelijke keuken (die wel wat klein uitviel qua werkruimte). Buiten een mooi groot zwembad dat om de twee dagen onderhouden werd. Vuilnis werd eveneens opgehaald. We hebben onze ogen de kost gegeven aan het formidabele uitzicht, het huisje was wel enkel te bereiken via een steile bergbeklimming van een 3-tal kilometer.'

'Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Cungi, bzw. der Agriturismo La Conca gefeiert. Es war das schönste Wochenende unseres Lebens! Chiara hat die Hochzeit für uns mitorganosiert und ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es lief einfach nur perfekt! Auch so ist diese Unterkunft zu 100% zu empfehlen, es ist einfach unglaublich!! Vielen Dank an Chiara und die gesamte Agriturismo La Conca für diese unvergessliche Zeit :)'

'We spent 14 days at this place in may, it’s a beautiful house in the middle of a protected national park. The house, the garden and swimming pool are all well maintained. It’s at a height of 700 meter, it cools down in the evening. But with the fire place it’s very cosy. The hosts are very friendly and do speak perfect English.'

'Maison plutôt bien située, assez proche de Pratovecchio pour pouvoir se déplacer y boire un café ou faire quelques courses facilement, ce qui, quand on est 16, demande pas mal d’organisation. La maison en elle-même est très sympathique et bien équipée. Nous avons juste regretté que les chambres du 2eme étage nous soient octroyées plutôt que celles du bas qui étaient plus grandes et plus lumineuses, d’autant que nous avions 4 enfants de moins de 7 ans dont deux bébés.
