'I booked this property and then I accidently booked this property when I meant to book Florence. As soon as I realized my mistake I reached out in advance to the property and asked for a courtesy cancellation and refund. The response I got was "management would not consider any refund." I will never return to a hotel that is unwilling to work with customers and just take their money. Highly disappointed!'
