'We weren’t notified in time to change our plans that the Captiva landing with the waterpark and other amenities would be closed for refurbishing during our stay. Otherwise, the island is quaint, quiet, and we saw plenty of wildlife. The staff was wonderful. The beach was clean with soft sand and beautiful sunsets! Just wish we could have experienced the waterpark as it was the reason we chose this resort. Resort restaurants are not good, food options and quality were lacking. We preferred...

Screen porch ground level direct access to the beach. No view of Beach the dunes have been replaced. Which took away the view. But worked well for us for the three days we stayed 140 yards to sand and water perfect.'
