This is a review from my experience... the place itself has the amenities you need for a nights stay (or a couple) The room itself was lovely and clean & so was the bathroom. There was a tv in the room and plently of plugs for charging phones etc. Unfortunately there is no tea or coffee facilities in the room itself but you can purchase this from the reception area of the hotel which is made clear when you check-in.
The location of the hotel itself is great as youre within walking distance to fast food chains, and plently of shops. The only downfall to our stay was the noise levels. Ive stayed in tons of different hotels in plenty of different cities but none have been quite like this one! Parties were banging around, shouting, slamming doors and smoking weed from the hours of midnight right up to 6 in the morning... im not a party pooper and I understand people want to have a good time, im also aware it's situated in a great location for people to come back to after a night 'on the town' but there was such a lack of respect for anyone else staying in that hotel.. I was informed by a member of staff that the floors are checked throughout the night but i dont believe that to be the case. I guess what you get what you pay for but screaming and shouting in corriders outside of peoples rooms and constantly slamming doors makes my 4 kids seem better behaved.
I understand it isnt down to the staff how others choose to behave but I feel they could have refunded after an awful stay
