'Avoid at all costs. Dirty, non-smoking room reeks of smoke, everything is broken. No coffeemaker in the room. Clean sheets and comfy bed are about the only good things I can say for this place.'

'I booked this hotel based on its 9.0 Expedia rating, but my experience was completely unacceptable and far from what was advertised.
“Self-parking” is misleading—you’re directed to park near a nearby business (Boston Pizza) and carry your luggage yourself, often to upper floors. This should be clearly disclosed.

'Rooms are okay.
Breakfast is not worth the effort.
Unfortunately, the toilet did not flush. I had overheard another guest complaining and she got a new room offered. I found out too late to change rooms late at night. Apparently, plumbing was under repair, and they had better not given out the rooms that were not ready. I got a 10 dollar discount offered when I informed the reception in the morning.'

'Check in was amazing, Thank You Storm….efficient, friendly, informative about the hotels full occupancy and to be sure to contact the front desk for any issues due to there being a lot of kids due to ball games. Appreciated the heads up but for us there were no issues. So nice to know in advance. Storm is a high asset for this hotel. Breakfast was good kept stocked and fresh, standard Holiday Inn breakfast.
