'Het hotel was in uitstekende staat van onderhoud en supersschoon. Het is niet zo'n kolos als in de rest van Los Cabos. De receptie is letterlijk dag en nacht behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk. Of je nu een -rare- vraag hebt (waar vind ik een europese adaptor, het beste strand, het centrale busstation), hulp nodig hebt of iets wilt reserveren: ze doen het altijd en met een lach. Wifi, computerruimte, lekker zonneterras waar je hotelgenoten kunt ontmoeten of kunt genieten van zon of maan. Dichtbij...

'My husband skinned his knee, I asked for alcohol. They said they bring it up. Someone showed with a first aid kit and cleaned him up and put ointment on him. I didn't have to do a thing other than watch. Very much appreciated. Also, felt cared for when we left early one morning I am unmarked vehicle and we were asked our room # and where we were going. 'Great resort! Hotel transportation was on time, clean & friendly driver. At chk in offered us mimosas/beer. Lobby was decorated pretty for Xmas. Rooms weren't ready when we got there b4 chk in time but they gave us wristbands to use resort amenities so bring clothes to change into to use the pools. Resort view & ocean view are in the main lobby building & closest to the pools and beach, w/resort view still facing the ocean but on 1st floor. Marina view has upgraded rooms, w/big walk in showers...

'The transportation the hotel set up was very convenient. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy. Our room was very clean and ready when we showed up. Our room had two balconies, a full kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms. During the stay, the resort was very peaceful and quiet at night. The staff was incredibly friendly during our stay, remembering names, orders, and things that we told them, like it being my birthday. Both pools and the hot tub were very clean. The food was great!...
