'We stayed 2 nights here . What a wonderful hotel . The staff were amazing. Helpful and very friendly . First night we ate in the restaurant. Food was plentiful hot and so delicious What a star Neil our waiter was . Happy to chat about the area and gave us some ideas of where and what to visit . Loved the ladies at breakfast who were so attentive . Again food amazing and piping hot til the last mouthful . Thank you Duck Bay Im sure we will return one day .'

'We hadden een goedkopere kamer geboekt. Dan zijn m'n verwachtingen heus niet hoog. Maar tapijt in de badkamer sloeg wel alles. Dat is extreem onhygiënisch. Ook was de staat achterstallig, dat het behang van alle kanten los hing en het matras al 20 jaar geleden vervangen had moeten worden. Je lag direct op de veringen die inmiddels ook hun eigen vorm hadden gekregen.'

'Nice rooms, very nice surroundings. But it’s a pity they turned this lovely house into a very expensive Center Parcs. You smell the pool already when entering the lobby. All the new extensions you do not see on the pictures on the website. . Service often is quite bad & chaotic.'

'Had a very short stay as arrived very late at night. Check in and out was great particularly with arriving late and sleeping in. Grateful to not be over charged for over staying. Good location for central station and central Glasgow. Room was very nice. Rather a firm bed which might not suit everyone.'
