'If you are looking for accessible accommodations, this isn’t it. We booked two separate stays with a few days between for a side trip. The first stay was in a typical room. One in our party has intermittent balance issues and the bath/shower was extremely difficult to use due to its design. We asked for an accessible room for the second stay. The accessible room was not on an accessible route (two heavy, non-automatic doors to open) and the room layout is unlikely to accommodate a wheelchair....

'Nice rooms, very nice surroundings. But it’s a pity they turned this lovely house into a very expensive Center Parcs. You smell the pool already when entering the lobby. All the new extensions you do not see on the pictures on the website. . Service often is quite bad & chaotic.'
