'Excellent location, very friendly staff'

'Staff did the best they could and were extremely friendly but the overall stay was a big let down. We quite understood that our room would not be ready before the specified time but, as the website had mentioned a snack bar/deli we thought we'd spend some time there. Unfortunately it had closed some time ago. Although there was comfortable seating in the reception area it was freezing. 'Not expensive, but good hotel with excellent service!'

'The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. It took a while to get used to the shower because it is very tricky to adjust the temperature. The bed linen was torn. However, the breakfast was a total disaster. All the bread and cake were stale and not fresh. Furthermore, the hotel is far too expensive. There is a much better and cheaper hotel around the corner. I would not recommend this hotel. '
