The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring. We left (along with gentleman in room next door). Still waiting on the refund. Property has potential but needs $100K in...
