'No hot water in the shower'

'Property was amazing and beautiful!! We loved it so much and it was better than the pictures, the pictures don’t do it justice. Find the gate on land was difficult but they were very responsive and helpful, it was a short delay and small inconvenience. It wasn’t that bad, just something to be made aware for other travelers, I can’t stress enough on how amazing it was!! '

'Gringos, stay away! Both the hotel and restaurant staff seemed annoyed with our limited Spanish. We had to request service from the restaurant staff the whole time. The rooms are incredibly overpriced for the quality. We had toilet issues and no water pressure or hot water. They charged for everything, including the use of pillows. Worst hotel we stayed at while traveling in Guatemala!'

'Lovely room. Nice breakfast in a dining room with a view over the water and boat pontoons. The Consierge there was incredibly knowledgeable about Livingston. Nothing was too much when it came to helping us. '

'We had a really nice stay! Very kind hosts, good communication and a cute house on the farm. Clean facilities and free use of the pool and restaurant of the hotel nearby was a nice bonus.'

'Wij verbleven in een tent en dat zou normaal gesproken goed zijn geweest. Helaas kregen wij tijdens de nacht een stortbui over ons heen. In de tent werd het behoorlijk nat. Met mooi weer zeer goed alleen vonden wij de luchtmatraszsn te hard opgeblazen.'
