'After staying 3 nights in a hostel in Playa Cocles , this place is a dream come true!!! They put me in a cabin far from other occupied cabins, so the only sounds are jungle sounds…amazing! And the “windows” are just screens, not glass, so the air is fresh and clean, not moldy. I feel enveloped by nature. And the staff are truly wonderful, the beach is entirely my own, I am in heaven!'

'This hotel is incredible. Beautifully designed pool and restaurant/bar area with beautiful lighting at night. Impeccably clean with incredibly attentive staff. Very close to the beach as well, which itself is very quiet. We had an absolutely amazing stay and I wish we could have stayed more days. Everything feels very luxury about the place... definitely stay here if you have the chance!'

'Our stay for our family of 4 at Aninga Lodge was fantastic. The room was clean and convenient. We spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids, they loved it, especially when the monkeys and toucans were hanging out in the trees. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside we found was the transportation between the hotel and Tortuguero town. There is a boat provided for the hotel every few hours, but it isn't often enough to be convenient.
