'The place is tired. It’s not well maintained. It was decently clean but things like holes in the sheets were a bit sad to see on a Hilton property. Marks on walls. Drip marks on roof from leaking plumbing upstairs. Little stuff like that all over. Just seems like they don’t try.'

'The room was clean and the staff was good and seemed friendly and capable, but there were some odd things that happened. There was a microwave oven in the room, but it wasn't plugged in. When we contacted the desk they sent maintenance to the room immediately, which was nice, but he found that the plug for the microwave did not fit in the wall receptacle and had to move the microwave to another part of the room to get it to work. Also, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom and it ran but...
