'The house was clean, comfortable, and overall, a very nice house, but could use some brighter lighting in the kitchen and master bath. We loved that a service was setup for streaming accounts to be logged out automatically upon checkout. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic's (however any kitchen supplies (such as foil, saran wrap, etc., was nonexistent- info provided for planning purposes). Wi-fi was easily accessed. The location was ideal for visiting the surrounding area. Would stay again if in the area.'

'Overall the house was comfortable. Plenty of room for the whole family. Neighborhood was safe and felt comfortable going for walks outside. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops.'

'We made a trip to Guadalupe Mountain NP and Carlsbad Caverns and this was a 30-60 min drive from our destinations. The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed getting to relax in the space. Directions and descriptions were all very accurate. Thank you for the stay!'

'Awesome place to stay and have some quiet time. Mrs. Kitty is wonderful and maintains a really nice property. RV spots, apartments and hotel rooms. Hard to beat in the Carlsbad area.'

'We stayed 8 nights! It was such a cute place. My husband & I cant wait to come back. Clean, quiet makes you feel like you arent so far from home. '

'The stay was fantastic!! The AC kept the entire upstairs cool and the 3 bedrooms in the basement stayed extremely cool— almost cold! But don’t worry, there are extra blankets in the hall closet! The kitchen was clean and tidy and cooking was a breeze! The ice maker did not work during our stay so we did buy a LOT of ice for our drinks!! 'Host was a super-host! Excellent communication and support. A rare find, well stocked, comfortable, clean, and excellent location. Sleeps 4 comfortable. Additional people have to sleep on air mattress (provided by host) or sofa (not a pull out). '

'The property is located in a great neighborhood and is very clean. We were surprised at how large it was and it was very cute. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get to our day trip locations. I highly recommend staying here!'
