My husband, elderly Dad and I spent just 1 night, we live 2 and 1/2 hours from the beach and would rather not spend 5 hours of our day driving so we booked 1 night so we could enjoy the beach for 2 days. 'Loved our last minute stay with my mom. She loved sitting out on the balcony listening and watching the waves. The only update I would suggest would be the couch photo. There is now a very comfortable leather dual end reclining sofa. Our host was fantastic!!'

'Great location, responsive owner, great layout for adults traveling together with an expectation of privacy. The window shades provide so much sunlight during the day with awesome views, but do not provide much coverage from outdoor lights during the nighttime. And beware of the noise that comes with the location across from the boardwalk. Apparently lots of cars like to come through revving their engines at night… at least this weekend there were. '
