Please be aware that Pelican Watch Building will be UNDER CONSTRUCTION for

Summer 2026 and you may experience any of the following:



Noise, debris, dirt, and dust will persist until the project's expected

completion in mid to late fall. The previously distributed schedules are

subject to change due to weather, material availability, and manufacturing

delays. The outdoor pool on the East Side will remain closed throughout the

summer until the project is finished. Owners replacing windows and sliders

should be prepared for schedule adjustments and changes. Loading and onloading

in front of the building will be unavailable while construction is underway.

Construction activities may lead to cancellations and negative reviews from

renters. The construction company has warned of liability concerns, including

cables running through breezeways, wet paint, potential debris from scaffolds,

and other unforeseen hazards. The work on the West side is projected to be

completed by May and perhaps waiting to rent until after the West side is

finished would be better for the renters. There will be work on the balconies

and sliders as well as North and South windows through summer which might be

quite disruptive when the work is near or in your unit. The schedule for

sliders and windows are still being developed. Upon completion, a walkthrough

and punch list will be conducted for repairs and touch-ups. Please note that

the completion dates subject to change.

This exceptional oceanfront condo is located on the 7th floor of an elevator

building. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with tub/shower

combination. This unit is a luxury vacation rental property with a million-

dollar view of the Atlantic. Relax on the large balcony while watching the

pelicans fly over the ocean waves.





The kitchen has granite counters and is appointed with all the cooking

supplies you will need for a quick snack to a Thanksgiving dinner. There is a

comfortable Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master bedroom features

a king bed with direct access to the oceanfront balcony and the second bedroom

has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. Luxurious linens

are used to make the beds in the three bedrooms. Linens, towels and wash

cloths are included in the price. There is Cable TV, a Smart TV and

complimentary high-speed internet.



Parking permits are provided at no extra cost. The building has an indoor

pool, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Private beach access is located behind

the complex where you can also find a deck with seating to enjoy a light lunch

or watch the waves. Guests also have the right to use outdoor grills and

picnic tables.

During your vacation, you might want to explore all the wonderful things the

area has to offer, like paddle boating on the nearby lake, visiting historic

Fort Fisher, the local aquarium, or the city of Wilmington. On weekends, there

is a quaint market in Carolina Beach, within walking distance of the condo.

Every summer week you have front row seats to exciting fireworks. Come
