Volledig ingerichte keuken met granieten aanrecht, roestvrij apparaten, full size wasmachine / droger en alle gemakken van thuis. Keuken heeft een blender, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat (normale druppelen en kleine Keurig), koffiemolen en alle kookgerei / huishoudelijke artikelen. Wijnglazen, champagneglazen en margarita-glazen voor uw favoriete plengoffer!

Opgewaardeerd kabel-tv-pakket in de woonkamer en slaapkamer met zowel dvd- als Roku-tv. Er is ook een digitale antenne als je deze wilt aansluiten op de tv in de Master in plaats van Roku. Veel filmopties met Roku en allemaal gratis! WiFi inbegrepen.

2 ruime slaapkamers om uw gezin te huisvesten! Master biedt een kingsize bed en heeft ook een eigen balkon en een complete badkamer. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een nieuw queensize bed met een pillow-topmatras (en er staat een groot matras in de kast voor het geval u wat extra slaapruimte nodig heeft). Nog een complete badkamer, met wasmachine / droger net naast de hoofdgang.

Strijkijzer en strijkplank, haardroger en handige droogrek voorzien. Wij bieden luxe handdoeken, beddengoed en alle beddengoed (extra's in de kast). Bagagerekken in beide slaapkamers.

We hebben 4 strandlakens, 4 strandstoelen en een koeler voor uw gebruik. Paradise Island Rentals verhuurt strandstoelen en parasols per dag of week, vertel ze het adres en ze zetten ze voor u op het strand en ze zullen uw naam op de paraplu zetten, geweldige service, ph # is 910-458- 4747. We hebben ook een kleine Weber houtskoolgrill die u kunt gebruiken in de daarvoor bestemde grillzone nabij het parkeerdek. Zowel de grill als de koeler bevinden zich in de kast op het terras naast de grote slaapkamer.

In het appartement vindt u speelkaarten, games, boeken en films waar uw gezin van kan genieten!

Gemakkelijke toegang op de eerste verdieping, een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en een eigen toegang tot het strand, op slechts een steenworp afstand van de voordeur. Twee gereserveerde parkeerplaatsen. Slechts zes blokken van de CB Boardwalk met winkels, restaurants, wekelijks vuurwerk en entertainment.

Kathy our host was very responsive to questions. The home was as described. If is very clean. The finishes inside are very nice. Beds are comfortable as is the couch and chairs. Very nice deck furniture. Parking is a little tight, but manageable unless you have bigger than F150. And it is only 90 steps to the beach. Close to resturants and boardwalk. It was our 2nd stay here, stayed in 2022 also.

This was a lovely place to stay! It exceeded our expectations by far! It was very clean, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was so peaceful. My family of three had a wonderful vacation. The weather was perfect. We were able to be on the beach everyday. Our only excursion was a sunset cruise that pulled out of the harbor that we walked to. I’d highly recommend it. We are also donuts for breakfast at the beach people. The donuts at Wake N Bake near the Food Lion were so good we went there twice. We also got Britt’s which were good more like a funnel cake experience. The condo was very nice. Linens were good. Decor was tasteful. Loved the balcony and the chairs and table out there were nice. I loved being very close to the beach. I went out for at least two sunrises which were breathtaking. Once we got home, we realized that my daughter left her precious stuffed animal that she’s had since she was 2 and is now 19. I messaged Kathy and she messaged her housekeeper. We confirmed with pictures that a dear animal was there and the next day Kathy mailed him to us and he arrived safely. We were so grateful. I would recommend this place again. Thanks, Kathy!

Great visit at Carolina Beach

My husband’s family used to spend a week every summer at Carolina Beach for Beach Bingo and Britt’s donuts. We hadn’t been back in years but found this wonderful updated oceanfront condo. The furniture was great and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to the boardwalk and easy drive to good food. Host was very attentive and quick to respond.

Great condo

My friend and I went down for a grls' trip and had a great time. The condo was lovely, and the master bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and I really liked the keyless entry as it was so convenient! The end of the beach where the condo is located is quiet and less crowded, but it took us less than 15 minutes to walk to the boardwalk. I would definitely stay again!

My beach week

The condo was immaculate! It was decorated very nicely. The primary bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The sheets were amazing! How ever, the same can’t be said for the other bed. Sorry. The sheets didn’t fit properly and the bed was noisy! Any movement resulted in squeaks and thumping! Other tan that, it was very comfortable and well-equipped with the necessary equipment!❤️

Great apartment by the beach and super host

The apartment is very nice, well equipped and very easy to check in. It is on the beach with a great ocean view and you can walk to bars and restaurants. Kathy is so nice and I strongly recommend following her restaurant suggestions. We couldn't dream of a nicer way to spend few days by beautiful Carolina Beach.

The Best Surprise Was No Surprise!

The condo was perfect and a welcoming haven for us to simply let our cares float away with the surf. The cleanliness was exemplary and the convenience to everywhere really appreciated. Kathy was responsive and accessible when needed. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Only the unwelcome presence of Hurricane Helene was disappointing - everything else was wonderful!
