Oceanfront Peace & Tranquility - privédek en zwembad

  • 'Bella Vista' is vernoemd naar het adembenemende uitzicht op een van de mooiste stranden van North Carolina. Of u nu geniet van een vers kopje koffie tijdens zonsopgang of een fles wijn deelt bij zonsondergang, ons enorme privéterras biedt een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op het ongerepte strand en het blauwe water. Het dek is toegankelijk vanuit de slaapkamer en de woonkamer. De binnenkant van dit onlangs gerenoveerde appartement biedt uitzicht op de golven vanuit bijna elke kamer.

    Begin die levenslange vakantieherinneringen door je appartement aan de oceaan te verlaten en direct het strand op te stappen. Er is een bemande bewaker stand van Memorial Day tot Labor Day. Geniet van de zon, vissen of dolfijnen spotten. Als je geluk hebt, krijg je misschien een moederschildpad en haar baby's te zien. Na het strand kunt u zich afwassen bij de buitendouche en genieten van een duik in ons zwembad dat privé is voor het appartementencomplex.

    Carolina Beach, dat deel uitmaakt van Pleasure Island, samen met Kure Beach en Fort Fisher, ligt op 24 km van de historische havenstad Wilmington. Charmant Wilmington staat bekend om zijn geplaveide wegen langs de Cape Fear-rivier, antiekwinkels, restaurants en het Azalea-festival. Onze locatie op Carolina Beach wordt beschouwd als de beste op het eiland, met het breedste strand en weidse uitzichten. Word vroeg wakker, loop de straat over en geniet van een vers kopje koffie en muffin, of ga naast de deur voor wat zelfgemaakte pannenkoeken. Stop op de terugweg bij het meer met een verhard wandelpad, een speeltuin, waterfietsen en kajakken. We zijn ook op loopafstand van de promenade, arcade, winkels, restaurants en ijssalon en een korte rit naar het North Carolina Aquarium, historische Fort Fisher, bioscoop, charterboten, golf en andere leuke dingen om te doen. Pleasure Island organiseert het hele jaar door verschillende festivals met live entertainment. Blijf bij ons en geniet van het Carolina Beach Jazz and Seafood Festival, het Azalea Festival van Wilmington of een van de vele zomeravonden in het paviljoen en kijk gratis openluchtfilms met de kinderen.

Our family had a great week here! Being a top floor end unit is a bonus for some peace and quiet when you need it. A beachfront location right in the middle of walkable restaurants and the playground across the street was awesome for our kids. Abundant communication and fast replies from the owners made the stay easy. The only note is the parking was a little narrow for our SUV so if you have a wider car, it might be a tight squeeze into the parking area. Would definitely return!

Ideal location

Truly a great location and experience. Close to the boardwalk, amazing views, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay! Only con for some people would be the super narrow parking spot and all the stairs. Small trade off for such a great spot!

Great location - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk everywhere. Gorgeous beach view and very short walk to the beach. Just make sure you bring shampoo / body wash and lotion - somehow I thought those things would be provided. Also, the outdoor shower did not work during our stay, that was a bit annoying. Otherwise we loved it and would come back!

This is our second time staying at this location. The unit is clean and as shown in pictures. The only change I would ask is that the beds are made upon arrival and the kitchen was missing hand towels. We had to use our bathroom towels. It’s a walkable location and pretty view.

Carolina beach stay

Quiet location on the beach. Place was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable. The only thing i didn't like was the beds were not made but clean sheets were folded on the bed for you to make yourself. Other than that things went well.

Easter trip

Great oceanfront condo with amazing views! We spent most of our time out on the balcony. Great responsiveness from the owners. Loved the location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Have to walk up 3 flights of stairs but it’s not too bad.

Great condo in a great location

Large, very clean, condo with a great view of Carolina Beach. Place was nicely furnished and has a great balcony. Very short walk to the boardwalk. There are a lot of stairs if you have mobility problems, and the covered parking area is on the narrow side. The few times I had to contact the owners they were very polite and helpful. Overall, this was an extremely nice place that sits on a great stretch of beach.

Summer Vacation

This condo has the perfect beach location. The beach access is right outside the condo and the views in the morning are amazing. Beside the beach location being perfect, the location to all the restaurants is great. We didn’t need our car once. We could also walk to the boardwalk and get Britt’s donuts. Definitely a must. The owners were great and very quick with responding to any questions I had. The condo was stocked with everything you need to cook. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Nice place

The property was nice. The location was great. The cleanliness of the property was just ok. The furniture was very uncomfortable and dirty. The parking space was tricky to get in and out of. It was very narrow. Was disappointed in the pool. There was broken furniture and dirty diapers and miscellaneous clothing around the pool that never got cleaned up for more than a week. The beach area is great. Very nice area to stay.

Fantastic Vacation with A View

Everything was excellent. Communication with owners was wonderful. Looks exactly like the photos. The ceanfront view was amazing. We love the radio. Rooms were perfect. Grandsons and daughters enjoyed. I was celebrating my birthday with them. Food and shopping was very close. The steps were a lot for me. I had the top floor. Overall view is that I will be returning. A plus.

Poor communication from renter

Agency did not advise of check in process until day before after being asked by us about info. Parking was horrible. I recommend adding to details recommend smaller vehicle, trucks do not fit in spots designated. Arrived to condo with soap dispenser empty. We throughly enjoyed our time there just the beginning was rockier than it had to be.

Excellent accommodations and owners!

I didn't get check-in info from VRBO so I had to contact the owners directly. They were fantastic and because they dropped everything to send the info, we had a great stay. We are very thankful to them. It's a spacious, clean condo with a large deck with a gorgeous view as described. Wish I had known it was up 4 flights of steps as we had elderly family who found it difficult to climb. Beach access is also half a block down along a pretty long walkway - not just steps away. Again, just for the elderly folks, it's a hike, so that should be made clear. Otherwise, the beds, bathrooms, kitchen, etc were all in excellent condition. Would stay here again - just with a younger family group. Thanks so much!

Beware before you stay

I love Carolina Beach and come every summer. I would definitely come back but not to this location.Pro: 1. Great location - walking distance to restaurants/bars/beach. 2. The view is stunning from the balcony.Con:1. Take pictures beforehand - no one used the closets and we were charged 125 for a broken shelf in the master room closet. 2. Sleeping arrangements - The description states 2 queen size beds - this is definitely misleading. The beds have to be full size. The sheets that were shrink wrapped on top of the bed even said full. (We had 8 adult women trying to fit in twin size beds instead of the queens that were advertised) You do have to make your own beds. The pull out couch is very noisy and sags in the middle. 3. There are quite a few flight of stairs, condo is on the 3rd floor. I didn't mind but most in the group did especially when you have luggage and groceries for the weekend. 4. Parking is extremely tight. The parking at this location is even more compact than other places around. I had to let everyone out and pull in my mirrors. (I drive a ford explorer) 5. Not enough chairs at the table for 8 people or in the living area on the couches. 6. There were 2 bottles of hand soap in the bathrooms but they were completely empty. 7. The rug in the living room had food crumbs on it and there was moldy expired food in the cabinets that we had to throw out. 8. Pool was 1/2 full and is only 3ft deep only good for lounging.

Best friends weekend

We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony it was beautiful. Property was older but had some nice updates. It as about 42 steps to climb to the 3rd floor . The elevation creates a beautiful view ...so be prepared for steps. We walked to several good restaurants from our room. The parking spot was narrow but we only had 1 van so that worked out ok.. It was a great place for our trip.
