The Reefs II complex in Carolina Beach is de thuisbasis van deze economische 2-slaapkamer, 2-bad condo. Dit gedeelte van het noordelijke uiteinde is rustig, residentiële en dicht bij de North End Fishing Pier evenals Freeman Park ... dus neem de 4-wheel drive en pak de hengels!

Deze derde verdieping eenheid gelegen aan de overkant van de oceaan, is voorzien van een grote open dek met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan, een geweldige plek om te zonnen en te ontspannen. Betaalbaar en vredig, deze eenvoudige en enigszins gedateerde accommodatie met 2 slaapkamers is een leuke optie voor een strandvakantie. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. De gastenslaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en toegang tot een klein balkon met uitzicht op een complex zwembad. Using the bedroom door was very annoying because the sliding door is damaged and could not be used, the laundry room door needs to be fixed, the water in the bathtub stagnates too much, I could list many more, I will only say that this property needs maintenance

Property was nice, had everything you’d need and location was great. Loved the pool and on-site parking. Our unit had an issue with entrance door so the only way in and out was through a bedroom. Not ideal at all. This should be fixed and some minor updates made also.

It was clean and close to the beach. The steps were a lot. Our main problem was the screen door. It would not slide open more than 1 foot so we could not even remove our luggage. They did not seem like this was a big deal or that they wanted to fix it.

My daughter and I picked this place for our annual mother/daughter vacation and other than the 49 steps to get to our unit it was amazing! It’s a one minute walk to the beach but not close to chair and umbrella rentals. We did see someone on a 4-wheeler once that had chairs and umbrella rentals but you’re better off bringing/buying your own. The bldg has it’s own pool but they need more chairs! The unit we stayed in also needs to update that all the tvs are roku/smart tvs! Other than that everything was perfect and we plan on going back next year for a longer period of time and we’ll be choosing a first floor unit!

Was perfect weather. Quiet location with other families with children. Great pool for when surf was too rough for littles. Only downfall Carolina Beach parking fees just outrageous.

My stay in Carolina beach was fantastic. The unit was conveniently located to my event at freedom park, you can walk to the tiki bar and beach in 5 min. The unit was a little outdated, but that was fine for what we needed for.

The entrance door is a thin old wooden door easily kicked in and broken into, no second storm or security door. Have to enter the unit from the sliding doors which could not be locked at night and hard to open and close. In these times, security is not optional. The curtain rod in maser bedroom was hanging down ripped out from the wall when we arrived but I managed to close the curtains somewhat. The second bedroom closet is locked so you cannot bring another couple because they have to hang their clothe in your master bedroom closet. I don't remember if the description mentions that there is no elevator so don't bring any older person who can't climb 42 stairs. The washing machine is on its way out, makes a awful rumbling noise and someone will not have a washer when renting the unit. I reported it to Bryant real estate. No TVs in bedrooms. The dishwasher had dishes with thick cheese backed on to some dishes. I guess cleaning people did not check the dishwasher. All the furnishings and appliances are old. It needs a serious overhaul. The beach is close by and it was quiet.

Loved the location for the $$, although the 4 floors of walk-up was pretty hard on us 67/70 year olds. Wouldn’t do that again. Also furniture was old and kind of dingy but that was to be expected....closets were locked shut, so no where to actually hang clothes , but, we really enjoyed ourselves. But we had fun, saw our kids and grandkids and would do it again.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights when I had to travel for a specialist appointment in Wilmington. The location was great! I stayed in another unit in this building a few weeks before, same layout but I booked it through another site. I did find that the other unit was much nicer (and it was a little cheaper). For me personally, this unit could use some updating in terms of decor and furniture (the couch is not very comfy and the unit didn't have a beachy feel to it like the other one I stayed in). Some liquid hand soap should be added to the unit, especially during the pandemic (there were wrapped bars of facial soap that were made available). On the plus, it was clean and the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, although we didn't use it during our stay.

The lady at the checkin real estate office was terribly rude. The lock into our property only worked well a few times, lots of fighting with the door, sliding doors didn’t slide without a huge amount of effort, the caulk in the bathroom and kitchen was old and terribly discolored and gross looking, the pool was nice, the beach access was nice, the space was nice, it was good to have a kitchen and dinning room table. I guess it was good for the money.

This rental REALLY needs updating! The couch and chair are covered with blankets because there are gross, bedroom furniture is very sparse and so water damaged Goodwill wouldn’t resell it, the washer turned my towels reddish and the beds are AWFUL.! One bed only had a mattress. I had to wipe the fans down because they were so caked with dust I was worried they would fall on our beds. It does have one large tv in the unit (None in bedrooms) but it had four remotes and we could never figure out how to turn off closed captioning. The location is great but do understand it is on the third floor with stairs only. Not a problem for us but not ideal if you have issues with stairs. New paint and new carpet didn’t fix this unit!!!!

Property was fine. WiFi never worked. Called about the storage closet they stated we had access too. But then we were told we didn’t. HOA members living in the condos were extremely rude to guest visiting. Approached me and my family going to pool and demanded to see our pool pass. We had a pool key and left the pass in the condo bc it was paper. He acted like he didn’t believe we had a pass so my husband went back up stairs to get. Not a very welcoming HOA. Condo it’s self was fine. I will not go back on account of the company that’s used and the people who live in the condos in this building.
