'We go every year about this time and it's great. Staying here gives you permission to park across the street and have passes to the beach at the community of million $ homes. SWEET. They shared that while the summer was good the fall has been awful. I blame the Orange Failure in our white house for scaring everyone away!'

'Accessing the property was easy. Location was great!! Kitchen needs updating such as the microwave and toaster were weak, drawers hinges were broken and the kitchen faucet leaked but was still usable and functioned. Amazing space and fantastic view!!'

'Lovely home right on the beach, clean, spacious and well appointed. Pleanty of room to spread out. The property manager was very responsive to any questions or requests. Would definitely recommend. '

'Property is in a great location. Ocean views and having the beach so close was nice. The kitchen is fully stocked they even have a crockpot, which wasn't in the listing but helped us feed a group of 17. The only thing missing was the ball for the foosball game. '

'My mother passed away and we needed a place to stay short notice. I found this BEAUTIFUL place and man.....im glad i did! House was beautiful with just the right amenities for the family.....including the elevator which made all 3 floors eqsily accessible! We loved the theater room and the pool table. Beautiful views with dolphins swimming past daily. Already talking about visiting there again! '

'Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good...

'Location was perfect for me. I have a strong love of horses in my volunteer work of 7 years in Pennsylvania. I love learning! Mother Nature provided a serene environment with birds , stillness, and a gentle breeze. Cottage was clean, comfortable and functional. So smart! Host was very responsive. I got to spend an extra day. So happy about extending my stay. Location was ideal for me. Horses did graze right around the property. Businesses/ restaurants were all very friendly. 'Everything you could ever want or need in a kitchen. View was perfect, very close to the beach. Solid home, with the tropical storm...never knew it was happening inside. Beautiful colors. Unbelievably easy communication with owner!! Highly recommend!'
