You will find yourself Carried Away in a coastal retreat opposite a large reserve, offering stunning views of the open paddocks stretching from the hills to the sea.

This 3 bedroom home offers two separate living areas, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and reverse cycle air conditioning. The open plan living, kitchen, and dining are light and airy, with sliding doors opening onto the large decking which runs the full length of the house. Enjoy a glass of champagne while taking in the magnificent sunsets, or a family bbq on the deck, watching the local birds and wildlife right on your doorstep.

Wake up in the morning to the sound of the birds chirping and the waves rolling in. The master bedroom and ensuite upstairs have direct access to the deck and downstairs you will find the other 2 bedrooms, a second living area, a full bathroom, and laundry.

Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge to the sea. Fishing and diving are very popular activities in this area while the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse, and restaurant are less than 5 minutes away. 2 x queen size bedrooms and 1 x double size bedroom.
Facilities: Large open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a fridge freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. Webber Q is on the deck.
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning to the upstairs living area, ceiling fans to all bedrooms.
Pets: Pets are negotiable upon agent approval.
Fenced: Back yard is fenced
Special features: Ocean views, large reserve outside.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets & duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets & towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer & T-towel
