'Nice property, the room was very clean'

'We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great.'

'I felt the building was run down and not as clean outside since my previous stays. The door to the outside was broke and you couldn't lock it at all.'

'The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were empty. They are the large pump bottles and attached in the shower. I contacted the front desk and was told that it would be taken care of. It was not. I am handicapped and was told that I would have to park in the garage. Most hotels advise the guest at check in that a hold will be placed for incidentals. This hotel placed the hold but I was never verbally told that a hold was being placed nor the amount. I have stayed at this property...

'Room was clean & comfortable. However the surfaces like carpeting & chair were showing excessive wear. Not attractive. HVAC was very noisy when turning on & off.'
