'foute ontvangst, erg lang moeten wachten voordat we eindelijk in onze kamer konden, chaos overal, de manager zei dat t druk was, hoogseizoen, of we daar begrip voor konden hebben.
eigenlijk niet, we betalen voor de kamer, maandenlang is bekend dat we komen, dat is de job als je in het hotelwezen werkt. Manager pakte het totaal verkeerd aan, ging met ons discussieren, onnnodig!
hotel was verder prima, keuken ook.
De receptioniste Nicole en de waitress uit Lockerbie waren erg proffesioneel...

The doorlock of the shared bathroom was loose / not working well. By closing the door from the outside and nobody was inside the door went locked. For tall people the ceiling of the bathroom could be to low.
